Scheduling was easy. The plumber arrived within window with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the problem, told me of possible complications of the repair and performed the repair luckily without complications that can arise in an old home. I have used Mr ********************** for 6 years both for normal leaks and for major new installations including a high-tech water softener. Every specialist they have sent to the house has been excellent!knowledgable, professional, neat. In addition they often pointed out potential problems that did not have be addressed immediately, but might arise down the road. That helped me to keep an eye out for such problems. Their technicians deserve a strong 10!Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

From the customer rep who took my call after hours to the technician who came out to home at night, they all had excellent customer service. The technician was very upfront about his time and he showed up when he said he would. He explained the problem and did not try to scare us into buying something we didnt need. He definitely earned our trust and we will be calling them first the next time we have another plumbing issue.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam
