***** was very articulate and explained the replacement process for my broken spigot. He used PEX versus copper to connect the new spigot with my existing plumbing. ***** was very efficient and nice to talk to. Great work ethic and can do attitude. The price ($625) was on the more expensive side but the job did involve getting into our crawl space and included the 15% ***************** member discount. Warranty included.

In a word.. great. Our tech, **** was knowledgeable and quick in replacing our garbage disposal. He was one of the friendliest reps we have had the pleasure to do business with. He also offered information on a possible hot water heater replacement. We will definitely ask for *** in the future when needing Mr ***********************Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

**** was a tremendous help. He was polite, careful of the property, explained everything every step of the way and was concerned about my financial situation. He resolved the problem for now and helped get set up to permanently fix the drain problem. He is a valuable asset to the company. I was very pleased.
