We were extremely pleased with our service from Mr. ********************** this week. First of all, we were glad to be able to take advantage of the $37 limited offer to have our 24-year-old sump pump checked. ********************* and ****, the technicians who made our call, were terrific. They were thorough in their inspection not only of our sump pump but other plumbing lines and fixtures in our house. When mentioning the high cost of our recent water bill they even checked the water meter in our front yard to see if it appeared that it was working properly. Both ******* and **** were informative and helpful in their advice regarding maintenance and repair several appliances and fixtures. While we declined to have a new sump pump installed while the current one was still operating okay, we did elect to add an annual plumbing service "rider" to our service agreement with ****************************. As already suggested, we found ******* and **** to be two knowledgeable, conscientious and customer-friendly technicians, which we appreciated. **********Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

Work was done in efficient manner. Arrived on time and **** was pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought the price was high for the job but went ahead with the job. I had bought the kitchen faucet myself and wanted it installed. That was done plus 2 valves replaced and 2, a hot and a cold water connection lines replaced. The bill was $508. **** was hear about 1 hour and ten minutes. Pleased with the job done, the price not so much.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

******** & the whole Mr. ********************** crew are amazing! We have used them for both regular drain maintenance and for large projects such as sewer service & installing a new outside clean out. I trust no one else with our plumbing needs! Highly recommend!Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam
