**** was very professional and left me estimates that I requested. He flushed out the water heater and inspected all plumbing in the house. I was very pleased.

We had a faucet replaced. **** did a good job removing a well corroded faucet. He arrived on time checked that everything worked well and left everything clean. You pay for what you get.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

******* did a great job for us. The drain removal turned out more difficult than normal, and he stuck with it until completed. The replacement looks and works great. He was on time and thoroughly explained everything he was doing, even when removing the old strainer basket assembly from the sink with considerable effort. I called them because I like their ads on TV and had never heard anything bad about them. The two gentlemen who came to take of the kitchen sink (not draining!) were a delight to work with. First, they were friendly to me and my animals. So very professional and courteous! And really know what they are doing. First went into the crawl space and determined there was a "bulge" in the line going from sink to outside. Never had a plumber do that before! They would only put thru' a snake and when clear, go off. After determining that was the problem, snaked and after 3 tries, opened the drain mostly. We are having the pipe repaired next week! Had not had slow running for several years, but so glad I called Mr *********************** Feel secure all will be well, after further work done. Also, signed up for new kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal and pipes for all that. Had been planning to do soon, but while they were here - got estimate after making choices, and so happy with the plan going forward.
