This won't be good. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes to replace the one I had that died. I did not order the installation service because I thought they would all kind of hook up the same way, but when I got the machine home I saw that it did not hook up like my old one so I called you guys. When the service guy got here, he told me the installation charge was over $800!!! That is totally insane. I declined. I couldn't recommend calling your guys for anythingl

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the pricing for installing your new dishwasher. This price would include a new dishwasher line and hook up train through the cabinet and connection to the disposal. This is not a small project for the charges. We're sorry you were disappointed. We try to keep our pricing reasonable, and are not the highest, or lowest out there, however our technicians are well trained and insured, offering you a peace of mind experience. Arrived as scheduled to complete plumbing Inspection asked if there were any specific concerns that needed to be addressed. Tech was very professional and courteous. Appointment time was between 2-4 pm. Called before ****am and was on the way. Super. Tech was very courtesy, took pictures of problem and went to work. Entire job was completed in less then one hour. Explained what he did and what was the problem. Explained the guarantee. All was well beyond expection. Well done.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

Both technicians that came to my house were very thorough and full of good information. I appreciated their company's confirmation text regarding appointment time and technician arrival, as well as their ability to send the technician's picture and short bio so I knew who I was meeting with.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam
