I have had multiple plumbing problems since I moved into my house. Some minor, some catastrophic. Mr. ********************** techs have always been extremely professional, on time, and explain things clearly. The few times (small percentage) of the times that their work wasn't correct or needed fixing, they do that quickly, and with no charge of course. They have earned my trust over the years.

I had *****, **** and **** do a jetting job on an exterior drain line. It was I imagine a bit unusual because it ran from our house through a *****. They used a camera on the snake to scope it out and then jetted it clean. Initially, they ran into some blockages but they stuck with the job and worked it until it was flowing well. I was very pleased with their work and work ethic - their knowledge, quality of work and value of that work being very fair!Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

I had to call Mr. ********************** due to a problem with my water heater. The technician ***, was an expert, very knowledgeable, cordial, answered all my questions. I am glad he came to take care of the problem. I wonder if all the Mr. **********************'s technician are like him. Temporarily the issue was fixed until the replace can be performed. No follow up from either the plumbing side or hvac side. Was giving estimates but that in itself was difficult. I awarded my 21k contract to another company. Sad thing is you were my first choice till it seemed no one cared.Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

I'm sorry to read that you were unhappy with our follow-up on your recent quotes. I checked with both managers who indicate that they spoke with you last week. They discussed adjustments they made to your estimates and offered to come and see you in person to address any questions or concerns you may have. When our they were there on 9/19 you were unavailable so they weren't sure how you wanted to proceed. Your schedule did not allow for other suggested visits. I would be happy to discuss this with you further and regret that were unable to satisfy your requests for these projects.
