      I was given 2 pairs of **** Vapor Max *** shoes for my birthday last year was told by the employees that if something happened all I had to was return them in the original box. I was also told that finish line and **** both had a lifetime warranty on there shoes. Wrong they gave me false information and said they don't do that it's against finish line policy and **** so I am basically walking in a off brand shoe that makes my feet hurt

      Only got one star because zero wasn't an option!!!!Worse experience ever!! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my child returning back to school. I pair arrived with only 1 SHOE IN THE BOX!! I spent 3 days on the phone with their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE each time being told a different story. Each person intentionally lying to me I guess just to get me off the phone!! Finally after the 4th call (me furious) because still no replacement status. I was told I have to go to ***** and return the 1 shoe before anything could be done. They provided a shipping label and it still cost me for ***** to package the shoe. The fedex lady was even furious that this happened she wrote a review!! The only thing they could offer was a $20 give card...which I refused. I won't spend 20 cents at Finish Line ever again!!! Oh and *** still have not received the replacement pair. CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

      Ive been told 3 times that I would be refunded for shoes I never received, its been over 30 days and I have yet to receive my refund. The shipping people took a picture and it showed I only got one pair of shoes. Now Im looking at all the complaints and it appears they are stealing everyones money.

      I have order the same jacket on sale three deferent times with in a two months span and it got canceled over a week later after I order the item each time. Also I do not know how many times they would have a sale an I order several items 6 to 7 items for them to come back every time and cancel the whole order or send me one item and cancel the rest over a week later. You take so much time to go threw all the product which takes a lot of time because there app never works correct you will have stuff in your bag and it will all disappear and tell you that you have 0 in your bag. Then you have to go through all the items again . Also you order the items and your thinking its in its way or getting prepare to be ship then after A week or day 10 days later your wondering whats going on and it still says being process then the following day you go back and look its canceled they dont even tell you they cancel it. I dont know how many times I counted on these items for gifts and they pulled this. How can the cancel an item that you order three times I. Two months and cancel it each time. I have written to customer service about this and of course get no response. Am starting to Believe there false advertising products to lure people into buying other products what else excuse could they have. Time is money to a lot of people and only if you knew how much time I lost on order things just to be canceled.

      I ordered several pair of shoes I only received two pair of them and also received empty box with no shoes in there contact customer service they state they will refund me for the shoes I didnt receive I received this email I will gladly assist you with your order . I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the issue with your order. Upon reviewing your order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund or replacement for it. We kindly requesting you check with your surrounding areas and the carrier to locate your missing package.Very disappointing I spent over 800 dollars

      Very dissatisfied with the product got them for my 30th birthday on May 21st and open the shoes and get to see the glue before the shoes even get all the way out my wife was very upset because she got them for me on my 30th and she couldn't believe all the glue on them it was like the person didn't check the shoes or anything very dissatisfied with the product it was like $150 not including tax and for them to be js and come like this very disappointing

      I returned shoes online, recieved the email that finish line got my return and a refund would be processed. I never got my refund so i opened a dispute with my credit card. My credit card denied my dispute for lack of evidence when I have all the emails from finish line!! Absolute frauds! The refuse to refund my $86.90. Since December!!!!

      Placed an order on 4/28 & still haven't received my shoes. Finally decided to cancel my order. **************** for them is horrible, they did nothing to try & help me just told me to keep waiting. Beware when buying online.

      Finish Line is an absolute joke of a business and they should be discredited nationally. I ordered sneakers on a Saturday, was told they'd arrive on *********. But on Wednesday the tracking still hadn't beenupdated and all it said was the package is awaiting carrier pickup. STILL ON THE *** OF PROPSED ARRIVAL??? The next day on Thursday I attempted to cancel the order and they said I needed to wait 5 business days. I waited a few more days, and tried again, and they still would not cancel the order. Very rude, and unhelpful, as they just wouldn't answer questions. Complete lazy scammers. Why won't u ship or provide a refund? NO remorse for the customers inconvenience.

      My family and I was pre judged by the color of my skin basically discriminated against by staff and under cover security I was followed very closely and aggressively my daughter was being followed and asked over and over are u going to buy something me I was being followed every move I make secrete security was elbow to elbow from me looking at shoes to me going to the register he even followed me when I sat down he came to looking my purse and put a shoe next to my purse to see if I was going to put the shoe in my bag yes I had a big purse that don't zip up so its kinda stays open its easy access to wallet and cash but they were surrounded around us it caused my kids to have anxiety and was being attimadated by staff and security one went as far as to go stand on the outside to have a clear view of us we were being treated differently than the whites they had the freedom to shop with out being followed and couple of them were my skin color judging me by how we look not all black steal we was spending good money and was till being followed and discriminated against we should all have the same freedom my son asked to go to the car cause he felt uncomfortable and I told him no because I feared for his life I felt if we would make any odd move they would attack us all because of my skin color
