      They are fraudsters. They removed the price tag when you buy something and refuse to accept it as a return because it has no price tag. They even know the item has no price tag when you come to return it before you remove it from the bag! How? Because they removed it when you bought it. My wife bought me a **** hoodie but got the wrong size. When she took it back in their original bag and had documentation of the price, date of purchase, etc., they refused to refund her money without the price tag. There never was a price tag when she brought it home. They are cooks and fraudsters. No one should buy any from them. Total scam artists.

I WENT IN THERE TO PURCHASE MY DAUGHTER A PAIR OF ******** FOR A SNEAKER BALL SHE WILL BE ATTENDING ON SATURDAY. THERE WAS A FEMALE EMPLOYEE THAT REFUSED TO HELP US BECAUSE SHE WAS TALKING AND HUGGING ON HER BOYFRIEND (WHILE ON THE ********** SHE TOLD THE MALE ASSOCIATE "I AIN'T HERE, I'M BUSY RIGHT NOW. KEEP IN MIND HE WAS WORKING AND ASKED HER TO GO GET A SHOE FOR US AND THAT WAS HER RESPONSE. HE THEN PUT DOWN WHAT HE WAS DOING TO COME HELP US WHILE SHE CONTINUED TO ENTERTAIN HER "MALE FRIEND" DURING WORKING HOURS WHILE SHE WAS CLOCKED IN. THE 2 EMPLOYEES AT THE REGISTER, *** AND **** TOOK CARE OF US BUT THIS WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE MESS I HAD EVER WITNESSED!!!!!!!

      I placed an order April 19 and was notified it was shipped April 20. Today is April 25 and the package still has not moved from the location, the tracking just says waiting on carrier pickup. Ive called customer service and they just lied to me and said it shipped even though it hasnt moved, I was also told in order to get a refund I have to wait another 24-48hours just for a refund request to be reviewed.

      Was told order would be delivered by a certain date, did not happen . Date changed , did not happen. Called and they said they would cancel the order. Did not happen. Order is on its way again by Thursday, Nope !! Okay, now by Friday, Nope !!! Do not order from Finish Line.They lie.......

      Received used **** Jordans my child insisted on keeping as hes 4 and wants to be like ********* and there were no others to exchange it with anyhow. After the extremely long customer service wait I was promised two $20 gift cards to use on a future purchase. It was not declared to me that they could not be used together. I also went in store as I was told I can use them there and place the order for free shipping drove ********************************************************************************************** because it was a converse shoe and I was treated terrible by the store Cat. I have been waiting for a regional or district manager to call me now for three weeks and have called back five times to continuously be told ***** hours. This business has TERRIBLE customer service and broken promises.

      Purchased an order online early December never received shipping confirmation or the item. I asked for a refund as it was days before Christmas now. They sent another item instead!!! Told me to just return it if I dont want it. I returned it and no refund months later! Everytime i call Im on hold for an hour and say your refund will be issued in 3-5 days. No explanation no apology and no refund!!

      I want to continue to file compliant against the location at finish line retailer rte 38 in *********** ********** there customer service was horrible they never honored the military discount and the y was very rude on the phone

      Atrocious customer service. I ordered shoes the day they released, my card was charged and I received an order confirmation and tracking number, then 8 days later the tracking had not updated. I had to reach out to Finish Line to find out what was going on, they told me my order had not been fulfilled or shipped, and now was out of stock. They refunded my card. If I had not reached out to them, they would have just kept my money and never shipped anything. Now these shoes are sold out everywhere. Never purchase from Finish Line or JD Sports!

      In November, I ordered sneakers for my teenage son as a Christmas present. They sent one (1) shoe. I contacted them, they were cooperative and sent a ***** label (but claimed it was ***** They received the return, but never replaced the product, nor refunded my money. After a month of me reaching out to them and receiving "canned" responses at best, I asked my credit card company to charge back the money. Their customer service has been horrible. I do not recommend.
