      ************* is a joke. Issues with my shoes. Theres a defect and I spent $200 on them. Customer care advised me to send them back and theyll return them. They then sent it back to be and stated theyre not doing it anymore.

      As a customer we want to be well treated.A bad experiece in your store.At ********* mall **. The staff of that store are very rude.Throwing shoe boxes and talking obscene. It was a bad inpression for you company. They lost a customer. I do not recomment anyone to buy in that store. As long they have that staff working there.

      Horrible experience. Was told my shoes would be delivered 4/4. I check and it says returned to sender. Call customer service and they tell me another 4-6 business days. I tell them I'm moving in 3 days and there's nothing they can do. So I asked if I cancel and start a new order to overnight would I get them tomorrow? And he refuses to answer the question. Not helpful to the customer at all. This is clearly between them and the post office. Rather than help the customer they chose to have me cancel the order. DISGUSTING customer service. So now I will wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. $183 held in limbo for 6 days waiting for the sneakers now another 3-5 waiting for the money back. Never again with this company!

      Sent shoes back they received them March 13,2023 2 weeks later and still havent gotten my refund! Called twice and was told I would receive it within 3-5 business days! Still nothing!!

      I purchased shoe in 1/11/23 I recieved one shoe on 1/20 I called customer service they told me I had to send the shoe back to get my refund I sent the shoe back they received it February 1 I called for my refund on the seventh they told me I had to wait 5 to 7 business days before I got my refund. It is now February 23 hi cold and they told me they dont know why I dont have my refund yet. This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen from a chain business just gross. I will never buy shoes from them again I guess I have to wait another month before this is resolved.

      I had already placed an order with this company and later read the numerous complaints which was quite concerning, and it made me nervous, to say the least. I placed an order and received my shoes in less than a week without any issues. Keep in mind, we have no control over the postal service and delays. My shoes arrived in perfect condition, and I absolutely love them! They are definitely not fake. This company has been around for many many years, and they would not jeopardize their lucrative business by selling fakes. No way. My experience with Finish Line was great from start to finish. I ordered more merchandise and will continue to do so due to my experience.

      I placed an order online 2/2/2023 during off business hours, I later noticed I ordered the wrong style. I called customer service during business hours the same day and canceled the order.Finish Line was quick to charge my account ***** and I still have not received the credit to my credit card for the canceled order. Reached out to customer service 4 times via email and all they keep telling me is when we receive the order back they will credit my account. Well I never received the order it was canceled at the facility. Tracking number shows it was returned to sender on 2/4/2023. If it is lost that is not my issue it is their issue. So far as of 2/13/2023 I have been refunded for a canceled order. I will never order anything online from Finish Line again. A customer should not have to go through this to receive a refund.

      So I placed an order on-line, I receive my order and it still has a security tag on it (which is very ridiculous). So I take it to the nearest store which is located in **************, and the staff couldn't even remove the tag. So the assistant manager told me I needed return it and he was placing a replacement order. So after a week I still hadn't received my order. I contact finishline.com just to find out my replacement order had been canceled. She also told me a lie saying my replacement order was canceled because it was out of stock. I got on-line once again and to my surprise, my size was still available. My money is being refunded but that's not the issue. I experienced very poor customer service over the phone and the management in this store is very unprofessional.

      This store has terrible customer service. Do NOT shop there. My son's #1 Christmas gift was a $106 **** Tech sweatshirt. After 1 wash it shrunk and no longer fits him. They refuse to accept a return for their merchandise. They are no longer responding when I reach out. I will never shop there again.

      I'm giving 2 stars because some of the problem was with *** and **** and their customer service was somewhat helpful. I ordered a pair of shoes that got lost, they did send a replacement a week later that came from JD Sports which is not who I placed an order with. I returned them but have yet to receive my refund. I went ahead and ordered a pair from Amazon which is what I should have done in the 1st place and they were delivered the next day.
