Bone Dry Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. From the initial contact through the job performance and clean up they were straightforward, courteous, and professional. They did not pressure us or try to up-sell us and their pricing was competitive with other area contractors.

We had our roof replaced in April 2024. Due to other unrelated house projects that were already scheduled, our window to get the roof replaced before the other work started was very short. Bone Dry worked with our schedule to ensure the work was completed on time. The crew was very professional, and communication was great. They took the steps necessary to protect the house from damage and did a great job of cleaning up once the roof was complete. Also, there were no unexpected charges.Bone Dry Roofing

I was told I would receive a $50 **** gift card for referring someone to their company, which I did, and said person had Bone Dry come out to give them an estimate for their repairs. After the initial estimate, the individual I referred attempted several times to set up a date to have service completed on her home with no response from Bone Dry. Her roof is still not fixed many months later and I never received a gift card for the referral.Bone Dry Roofing

I was extremely satisfied with the roof replacement Bone Dry completed on my home. The representative I worked with was very professional and suited the work was scheduled timely. The roof replacement was completed in one day and the crew did a great job of cleanup. There was slight damage done to a ceiling in the upstairs bathroom due to the nailing of shingles around a skylight but it was repaired timely and to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Bone Dry and would not hesitate to use them in the future.Bone Dry Roofing

They clean up after themselves, and they pay attention to detail. We've had minor repairs to the *****, and a major roof replacement. They always have a solution for every problem. Bone Dry put a roof on our house in April 2024. We had excellent service from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, covered all our windows and doors with plywood so there would be no damage from falling shingles and they got to work! They sent pictures of the process along the way and kept us updated of all progress. They cleaned up every last piece of waste and walked the yard with rolling magnets to pick up any stray nails. You could not tell anyone had been there to put on a roof that day! They left the yard looking immaculate! We have also contracted them to install insulation in our attic. They will be back to put on our gutters once we have our siding installed. I highly recommend using Bone Dry for your roofing needs!Bone Dry Roofing

Several years ago, I noticed that Bone Dry Roofing was working in my neighborhood. My roof was old and I wanted to know what kind of condition it was in, so I called Bone Dry to have someone take a look at it. I was thinking that a new roof would be recommended, but to my delight and relief, it just needed some repairs. Recently, I noticed some loose shingles and called Bone Dry again. This time, a new roof was definitely needed and since my previous experience was positive, there was no question about who I wanted to install the new roof. From start to finish, the employees of Bone Dry did a great job of keeping me in the loop with what would be going on. I knew when the shingles and dumpster would be delivered, when the ******* and crew would get here on the day of installation, and about how long it would take to complete the work. Throughout the day, the ******* texted me pictures of the progress with tearing off the old shingles and installing the new shingles. Cleanup was exceptional. In addition to seeing that everything was cleaned up around the house, I got pictures showing that all debris was cleaned out of the gutters. I heartily recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof. This is a company that cares about the work they do. You will not be disappointed.Bone Dry Roofing

Horrible! This company put a new roof, gutters and gutter guards on my house, June, 2023. Water was flowing over the gutters hitting the foundation of my home. They came out and removed the gutter guard and refunded me for it. Water is still flowing over my gutters. I dont think the shingles are placed correctly on the valleys of my roof. I believe they used dried out roofing that had been sitting in a warehouse for a length of time. I had put up a brand new gazebo and they destroyed the metal roof by throwing their power gun on top. The company did agreed to repair metal roof which has taken 11 months. They did not value our landscaping. They messed up several of my bushes.Bone Dry Roofing
