      A timeshare under the guise of a vacation club with questionable business practices.
      High pressure sales. They ask you leave reviews without having used their services yet - notice the reviews are usually about the presentation.
      The contract only gives you three days to cancel and it has to be IN WRITING THROUGH THE MAIL. Note: you're emailed the contract that you can DocuSign but they make it harder to cancel.
      Along those lines: they can take up to 10 days to refund your deposit. I know this because on the 10th day of my money being held hostage I asked where my refund was and Michelle told me she has 10 days to process it. They actually waited 10 days when I cancelled the very next morning.
      Deal with them at your peril.

      Skyler did an amazing job about sharing the travel option and try to work with the pricing at the sa me time.
      I will definitely recommend this travel package to anyone that loves to take vacation.

      John was an excellent representative of Club Esprit and explained the benefits of the program and how it could add value to our vacationing needs, even though we unfortunately could not take advantage of the program at this time.

      John was very knowledgeable with the product offerings. He did not pressure us and was not pushy. He was genuine in his presentation in explaining all the options for us to purchase. Looking forward to some future vacations. We bought and love it!!!
