      Very productive meeting and conducted in a professional manor. The team was very friendly and the sales rep Lashae Johnson helped out a lot.

      the presentation was very good. Tabitha is a delightful woman and did the presentation very professionally. the club has a lot to offer but it was not what we are looking for at this time in our life.

      Lashae Johnson is one of the most capable presenters I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Her clear communication, empathetic listening and infectious lust for life was a joy to bask in. Thank you so much for the opportunity to spend some time with her and make a fantastic decision for ourselves. I would say that we are sorry for taking advantage of the low prices, but frankly, I never like airlines much anyways!

      The good reviews are definitely fake! My husband got a call that we had won a free 8 night cruise to the Bahamas and all we had to do was come check out their new office and sit through their presentation. My mom warned me that it was a timeshare or at the very least a waste of time. I was apprehensive about going but we thought we would give it a shot. There were at least 5 other gullible couples there with us..all much older and multiple couples said they drove an hour or more to get there… initially sat us all in different tables so the salesmen could try to get us to loosen up…I asked if we don’t buy anything will we still get the vacation promised. He assured us we would. About 30+ mins later he tells us we’re about to be literally locked inside of this room for 45-60 mins for the presentation so to use the restroom get snacks grab water whatever we need to do before we get locked in there. Once inside the room, some very theatric high energy salesperson gives the presentation and they hype up this program and compare it to a Netflix membership. “Only 29.99 a month” and you’ll save THOUSAND(S) on each vacation you take! An hour later, once we got out and back with the original guy, I asked him what the catch was and he pulled out a paper stating an initial cost of $14,995 or $15,995 either way WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. I explained to him that it’ll take me years to recoup that and I need that $$ now.. he then said let me ask the big guy what we can do for you.. big guy comes back with 3 different packeges ranging from $4500-$16,000. I said we’re simply not interested and he said alright huffed and puffed and left and then the sales guy (who was condescending to me from the start whenever I gave any push back) walked us up to the front said here’s the vacation you were promised. We tried to redeem it today (the very next day) and it says that it’s invalid or expired. Biggest waste of 3 hours of my life ever…

      I worked with a lady named Lashae Johnson today and she was wonderful. The details of the package was broken down very well, and the customer service was amazing.

      Lashae Johnson did a very good job presenting the information on program and packages. We purchased the vacation club package because the price was pragmatic and we are ready to travel. We really liked her personality

      Unfortunately, the “free vacation” package they offer is not legitimate. I specifically asked if I would be required to pay taxes and port charges prior to booking the feee trip. I was told I would pay at the time of booking. When I was finally able to get my voucher code approved, I received a link to pay $798 for my free vacation. You can’t even see options offered until you pay that fee! Obviously the offerings must be poor if they are hiding them until you pay the excessively high port charges and taxes.
      I did not book since I will not pay for something until I know what I am purchasing. My husband and I sat through their 2 hour presentation for nothing, rather than the promised vacation.
