      Lashae did an excellent job, in explaining and informing us of all the aspects of club esprit. She was very engaging, upbeat, and personable in her presentation and her interactions with us. She has amazing sales techniques. We loved the platform great pricing

      We had a great time at the presentation, and its clear club esprit is a great value. LaShae was warm and friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. We are excited to use our free gift.

      Skyler did a great job explaining the program to us and was able to answer all of our questions. He has only been with the company for a short time but you would never know it. He did an amazing job. Espirit seems like it is a great option for people who love to travel.

      The Club Esprit was a great visit. We came to receive our free promotion and were very surprised on the overall value of their services. We were treated professionally and were given a had a fantastic representative LaShae present trip packages and information on the value. We could not say enough on how pleasant LaShae was and how she completely answered all of our questions. We are happy to be new members! Thanks LaShae for making our experience GREAT!!

      Though all of the staff were very nice and professional acting, I believe the club itself is a sham. Purchased a membership and had thought the better of it the next day and cancelled as provided by the contract. Still trying to receive the amount paid refunded. I should have know something was not right when the initial quoted price of $12,000 + was reduced to $5,000. I have filed complaints with the Attorneys General of both Ohio and Indiana and will get my money refunded. Check Google earth for the address provided here on the BBB website at 8121 Center Run Dr.. Indianapolis. You will find it to be an empty storefront just like I did. And the address to send a cancellation per the contract is a UPS store in Indianapolis. This in my view is not a company to do business with. Let the buyer beware....
