    The dream cloud bed is truly a bed all its own I don't think there's anything else like it!! We sleep like we never slept before especially my wife!! She loves it!! Truly a dream cloud!!

    It has taken me 2 years to write this, but I have never stopped thinking about how terrible this company was and want to be sure people know that the offer of making sure you sleep comfortably or they will let you return, is a lie. They will look for any way to get out of that offer. It was only a $1400 mattress (but I know that is a lot of some people!), and it was nothing more than that we didn't sleep comfortable on it. But they refused to return it, claiming there were stains, from the very specific pictures they asked us to send from the start, giving the angles, and types of pictures, which I sent, then they immediately replied it was stained and they wouldn't return it. I also replied back that it was less than a month old and we had not only a waterproof mattress protector but had even added down toppers and things trying to make it work. There were zero stains, but it was clear from the very first email they were looking for an out. So I packed it up in a heavy duty zip up mattress protector and put it in our shop for donation, since they clearly weren't going to support their promise. And then a few days later they said they would "re-assess" if I sent more pictures in different lighting. Which, if it was still on the bed or in the house I would have, but I'm not driving up to the shop to take it all out again, to take more pictures, of a nearly new mattress for more hoops.
    There was immense tragedy we were handling, and we purchased the bed to be in our room in our house in the country, where we would go only on weekends, but because we needed to be there for longer weeks, we needed a comfy bed. But after a few weeks my husband still was not sleep comfortably on the new mattress. I was not blaming the mattress, because it might have just not been one that was good for him personally. But from the first email, it was clear they don't support their product. Always trust quality high end over hoping an inexpensive company will have the same support.

    I appreciate the reach out, and I do see there was possibly more I could have done on my end to push the issue, but at the time I didn’t have the bandwidth. But I do feel they were responsive when they called in this follow up, in hearing my frustration of the situation at the time, and they are looking to resolve it kindly. We are in the hospital again with our kiddo, so I have not been able to get what is needed yet for them, to resolve it fully, but wanted to at least follow up to confirm there was a call, and she was kind, understanding, and helpful.

    When this large box was left on my sidewalk I’m thinking “Maybe I can roll it up the steps?” Well, we managed to get it in the house, unboxed and unwrapped what turns out to be the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. My wife and I both sleep better than in years.

    I originally ordered the Dreamcloud Premier Hybrid Rest mattress but it turned out to be too soft for my back. The return process was smooth and customer service was great. The contracted company that picked up the mattress was professional and timely. I decided to try again with the Dreamcloud Premier Hybrid which cost less so I was a bit skeptical at first. I love that this company has a 365 day trial period because I really needed to be sure. It has been 3 months and I will say I sleep well almost every night. The nights that I do not have nothing to do with the mattress. I have tried a much more expensive brand and I sleep better on this Dreamcloud Premier Hybrid mattress. Glad I gave them another chance.

    The hybrid mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft. I feel like I sink into the memory foam but feel firmly supported at the same time. And the cooling pillows are amazing! Best sleep of my life.
