    Bought a dream cloud mattress- king size and from the beginning didn't sleep comfortably. Spoke with a representative and wanted to return it. Seems like it was a return to start with bc it had a dip in the mattress which caused you to sink in when you laid down. And it sleeps hot to the point of being uncomfortable. Instead of being assisted with my return request, offered and sent a "cooling overlay" to remedy the problems. SMH - worse decision ever. Overlay didn't help a bit and mattress is still uncomfortable and hot. Only thing you dream about is getting rid of it for a better mattress and a good night's sleep.

    I would leave a lower score if possible. Completely terrible customer service!!!! Was lied to multiple times. Took over a month and a half to get our mattress. Didn't think we was even going to get it, because they take full payment when order was placed. I can't even count the times I had to call. Always getting contradicting answers on when and where our mattress was. At times they would belittle me as if it was my fault they was so unprofessional. Would NOT recommend DreamCloud!!!!!!

    I wish I'd read the reviews as well. Horrific client experience and customer service team overseas of course. Three weeks after ordering and ***** has said the mattress is lost. The DreamCloud klutzes keep saying they're contacting the carrier. But I've gotten 4 responses from the carrier saying it's lost. Horrible, terrible company to work with. Apparently put all their money into marketing and forgot that they have to manage their manufacturing and supply chain to stay in business. Wow. Shut 'em down BBB. They're not doing anything good for consumers. It's a complete sham.

    This mattress is totally worthless... I spent $1700 on a mattress that didn't even last 2 years ??? And when I called dreamcloud customer service I got the run around and after taking pictures and talking to numerous people they made excuses and said there is nothing they could do about it... whatever you do ... don't buy a dreamcloud mattress or a Nectar mattress or anything associated from this company...

    Ordered the DreamCloud Premier Rest on August 30th. Label created on Aug 31st. Did not actually ship/was not picked up until September 7th and did not receive the mattress until September 14th. My front door is down some stairs with the parking area/street pretty close to the sidewalk in front of the stairs. Delivery was made to the SIDEWALK at the top of the stairs. The mattress was NOT in a box, just wrapped in plastic. No paperwork or information included other than a tracking sticker on the side and plastic is dirty and ripped in multiple places. It doesn't look like the mattress was exposed during it's insanely long adventure to the location that I leave my GARBAGE in front of my house, but after spending $2000 for a mattress I would expect it to be shipped promptly, be secured in the box and include paperwork regarding shipping, setup or care. It resembled trash left on the sidewalk when I pulled up to my house. I am waiting for this weekend to open the dirty plastic bag my "luxury" mattress arrived in so we have the time to re-arrange our bedroom, but from it's current state and the level of incompetence that was taken in shipping this in one piece and on time, we are truly afraid of what we may find.

    BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I have been attempting to contact and resolve the issue of my broken bed foundation with Dreamcloud for nearly a week. I sent over 10 emails to the returns department at BOTH Dreamcloud and Nectar (they're essentially the same company), to which they claim they didn't receive. I did exactly what was asked and sent photos of the broken foundation leg and the tags on the bed and no one has bothered responding, let alone resolving this matter. Apparently they have more than one BBB page and that's how people must have not seen these prior complaints until now. I am hoping to get the SAME replacement foundation - not a different one or an empty box, as others have stated they received. All in all, this company is not to be trusted and partakes in shady business practices. I regret doing business with them.
