The bed has been amazing to sleep on. I’ve really enjoyed it so far. It was not too difficult to put together but you do need a few helping hands as it’s heavy. I’ve played with the settings to find a comfortable position. I’ve really liked the massaging feature as has really helped my body and enabled me to fall asleep quicker.

Love it, Love it and Love it, first time in our life we purchased a mattress on line. So we were afraid to make the decision to purchase. Well we did and this mattress is incredibly comfortable. My wife and I are over the age of 67 and when your at that age every morning you get up something hurts, but not with this mattress our DreamCloud is a great purchase and shipping was quick a little heavy to get in our bedroom but other than that. Thank you DreamCloud

Coming from a firmer memory foam mattress it took a little time to adjust to the softer surface. However, both my wife and I are now sleeping much better! It’s easier to turn in bed without disturbing each other. And it much cooler!DreamCloud

Complaint Regarding DreamCloud Mattress Company
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from DreamCloud Mattress Company regarding my recent order cancellation.
After placing an order for a mattress, I quickly realized that the delivery timeline provided was not as promised. The initial expectation was that the mattress would arrive within a specific timeframe, which was a significant factor in my decision to purchase from DreamCloud. However, upon further communication with customer service, it became clear that this timeline could not be met.
We cancelled our order within a few hours of placing it due to the unfulfilled delivery promise. This decision was made in good faith, as I believed that cancelling promptly would allow for a smooth resolution. However, I encountered significant issues when requesting a refund for my order.
Despite having cancelled the order shortly after it was placed, DreamCloud refused to process my refund. This refusal is particularly troubling given that I had not yet received any services or products, including the White Glove delivery service that was part of my purchase agreement. The White Glove service is supposed to include setup and removal of old mattresses; however, since no delivery occurred, this service was never provided.
The lack of responsiveness and accountability from DreamCloud has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a consumer, I expect timely communication and fair treatment regarding cancellations and refunds. It is unacceptable that I am being denied a refund for a service that was never rendered.
In conclusion, I urge DreamCloud Mattress Company to reconsider their stance on this matter and issue a full refund for my cancelled order without further delay.DreamCloud

Very skeptical about Box Mattress but this Dream Cloud unfolded smoothly on the frame and puffed up immediately like a cloud. I no longer toss and turn but go to sleep within minutes.
Do not forget to buy the sheets. This mattress is puffy!DreamCloud

Wonderful bed!! Very Comfortable and no aching back. I can adjust so my head is up for better breathing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DreamCloud. I never received my mattress, and when I contacted customer service, they couldn't provide any information on when it would even be shipped out. After being given the runaround, I requested a refund, but I'm still waiting to see if that will actually happen. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I feel completely let down. Let's hope the refund or cancellation is processed as promised. Do better, DreamCloud!DreamCloud

My husband and I have gone through about six different mattresses in the last 10 years, searching for comfort and the proper support along the sides of the bed. We rolled the dice and ordered online based off of stellar reviews and we’re not disappointed both of us along with our three dogs Sleeping in luxury every night on our newDream Cloud Hybrid. .
