    The DreamCloud mattress is just amazing. The design gives a premium hotel-like experience, and the edge support is great! I feel so secure and cozy every night. It's like a custom-made mattress for me. Grateful for this life-changing purchase!

    I ordered a mattress and although fed ex tracking said delivered, the photo confirmation was clearly not the correct door/address. I filed a complaint with fwd ex, which also didnt go anywhere. I contacted dream cloud customer service 6 times and they are now ignoring my issue. They refused to refund me so i am just out over 600$ on a mattress i never received. I would absolutely never purchase a single thing from this company ever again.

    I recently purchased a a Dream Cloud Mattress. There is a defective where the mattress drip to the right (a manufacturing defect). I called Dream Cloud with a warranty and Dream Cloud will not cover it. The manufacturer 100% guaranty is absolutely BS. Their offer, send the mattress back and then they will give me a refund. What I'm I going to do now? I will have no mattress and I'm disabled.

    We mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but thankfully, we managed to correct it before it was delivered. We quickly reordered the correct size and it arrived without any delays. We're incredibly pleased, not to mention the Dreamcloud mattress is exceptionally comfortable.

    Absolutely blissful sleep on my DreamCloud mattress! I wake up refreshed and pain-free every morning. The perfect blend of support and plushness. My partner and I both sleep so soundly, were both side sleepers and this mattress has been a dream come true! **************** was also very informative and helpful when we were making our purchase decision.     This is the best mattress I have ever purchased is very thick at least 14 inches and I sleep so good on this mattress every night and I wake up without all the aches and pains that I did with my old ********* It was wonderful so I can highly recommend Dreamcloud for your next ********* Its really good. And Im a picky sleeper I have to be comfortable. Green cloud checked off all my boxes I bought a queen *********

    Horrible experience with dreamcloud. I purchased their mattress, foundation with their in-home setup. I paid $199 for the premium in-home setup of the dreamcloud mattress, foundation and removal of my old mattress. After 2 weeks, I finally got the call from their local delivery agent for the in-home setup. I was assured that they will setup the new matress between 10am-12pm the next day and also take care of my old mattress. However, they didn't show up and ignored my calls. Upon checking my apartment lobby a day later, I found out that they left the mattress and foundation outside the apartment without notifying me. The boxes were also completely damaged. Everytime I have tried contacting DreamCloud about this, they say they are waiting to hear back from their "transit team" and I will get an email back. I have called them twice, chatted with them three times, sent their support an email with photo proof of the unattended delivery and damaged boxes. They are yet to get back to me after hearing back from their "transit team". I didn't get the premium in-home service that I paid for and received damaged boxes of mattress and foundation. Bad customer support. I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase.

    For the price and the offered referral program you think customer service would be better.
    From my experience the referral program is a scam. A friend of mine purchased a mattress back in April using my special link that I sent him through text and I never received my $100 gift card. I reached out multiple times a week for over a month and still have yet to receive it. And I even jumped through their hoops of providing all of my FRIENDS PERSONAL info. I’ll NEVER recommend this company again.

    I've had a Nectar for over a year and just purchased a second from their other brand DreamCloud. My brother saw the reviews here and asked me if I was crazy...Something is fishy since these guys are the biggest with best product.. just check out Amazon reviews too..

    We purchased a bed from Dream Cloud on 2/5. After receiving multiple emails that it has arrived at whatever delivery facility for 2 weeks it has still not been delivered. We have contacted Dream Cloud multiple times asking when the bed will be delivered. They have not been able to give us any answers nor tell us where the bed is even at. We asked them to cancel the order and they refuse to do so. They don't even supposedly know who the bed will be delivered by...they just say its our crew, but won't say who. We even paid the $199 fee for them to bring the bed in and set up. They won't cancel our order, saying its because its already been delivered to the delivery service which is supposedly their crew? They said they will still charge us the $199 for the setup even tho we are trying to cancel and have never received the bed. HORRIBLE company. DO NOT order from them.
