    I have had my mattress and bed for about 8 months. I called in to the warranty team to request help with my bedframe which has collapsed after this time. The mattress itself is bulging on the bottom and side. I submitted photos and few days later I got an email stating that a replacement mattress had shipped. However since no one asked me anything or notified me that a replacement was being shipped, they had my old address as the ship to. I called and gave them the new address. I called again a week later as I hadn't received any tracking information and yet again, verified that they had the correct address. 4 days later, still no movement, I called a 3rd time to confirm that the mattress was being shipped and to verify the address. The next day, I wake up to see a shipping notification finally but with the old address. I called FedEx and was told that I couldn't update the address. I called for a 4th time to confirm that the address change had been received and was told yes. The next day the mattress delivered to the old address. When I called at 10am on Saturday to tell them that it had in fact been delivered to the old address I was told that they had to request FedEx to pickup and redeliver. That it could take 3-4 days. If the mattress wasn't there, then FedEx would mark it as lost and they would reissue. They would not send a new mattress until they got the lost one returned. All of this could have been avoided if they had just updated the address in the beginning. I requested a manager to call me on Monday. That same afternoon, I receive a call from customer service to tell me that the mattress delivered to the wrong address....this is where my frustration boils over. He literally called me to tell me something that I called in that same morning to tell them. He then tells me he is not sure why "they" told him to call me. After a brief hold, he gets back on the phone to tell me that he needed to verify the address and thatbis why he called me. The agent t

    I wish I had Read the better business reviews before buying this $2000.00 mattress from them. The angriest people are the ones that don't sleep And I'm definitely not sleeping because of this mattress. I would Also give them negative stars if I could Not only do they promise "white glove return policies" but I also Mistakenly paid for the extra warranty. When I complained to customer service suddenly "white glove return policy" was "unavailable" and they wouldn't even consider the extra warranty. They purposely put you in a loop of unhelpful customer service people that "act" like they cannot help you. I'll never buy from this company again and I'll make Sure to tell anyone I can not to buy from them.

    Nectar is a shoddy internet marketing scam. We all know that when something appears to be heavily discounted, the result is an impulse to buy and a notion that one is getting a really good deal. However, Nectar uses a countdown timer to make you think you have limited time to cash in on such an exclusive discount. Problem is, the countdown timer doesn't mean a thing because they run that scam all year round. They are never going to eat into their margin by extending a $700 rebate to every single customer, they're just using marketing tactics to fool you and their product isn't even that great.

    I have had pelvic surgery so I needed a firm mattress that doesn't sink in the middle. The awara has NO support, you literally sink down to the coils. I was told by my doctor that I can't sleep on this mattress or it will cause further injury. I contacted Awara and explained this to ******** *******, only to be told that I need to keep the mattress for 30 days even though I won't be sleeping on it because it causes excruciating pain. Worst experience ever, the policy is just ridiculous, and now I have to stand a mattress up against a wall for another twenty days before I can return it. I would not recommend this *******!

    If I could give negative stars I would. This company does not divulge that items are out of stock. Then they put you in a perpetual loop of customer service people who don't know the first thing about where your item is in the process of fulfilling. The tracking system says the item would ship by today, customer service told me to ignore that message! What kind of company is this? So we have a mattress that has been sitting on the floor for weeks without a foundation. I asked 4 different customer service reps if the other version of the foundation was in stock, and they said yes but would not help me in replacing the original foundation that never arrived with an expedited alternative. horrible company, will never use them again and will spread the word to others
