    1 - impossible to use their replacement certificates 2-internet use, very difficult, no explanation as to what companies they represent. Therefore 3. It is hit and miss trying all websites to see if they will use my certificates.4. no e-mail or phone is on their certificates APPARENTLY THEY WANT TO MAKE SURE THE CERTIFICATES ARE NOT USED, ALLOWING THEM TO KEEP ALL FUNDS WITH NO RECOURSE.

    I have ordered from them often and have a nice garden to show for it. Some people will do nothing but complain. They were so nice about answering the questions I had on plant care. Will someone do that with this new company? This really saddens me.

    I ordered an assortment of things from Michigan bulbs in 2023. They arrived dead are near dead, non-survived the first year. When asked for a refund, I was told I could only get a credit. I tried for the next two years to use the credit. Again, everything arrived dead are near dead. The one plant that look like it might make it died this year.This is so sad as I used to order bulbs from them all the time 30 years ago, and I was always so happy I still have daffodils blooming and multiplying all over my property.Needless to say, I would make this a minus star review if I could , and will never order from them again ????************

    I ordered bulbs in 2022, April, over S50.00. I never received them ask for a refund. I was told no refunds were allowed. I was told I could use the money the charged me would be applied as a credit on my account. I never received.the credit. Now I find out they are out of business was very discouraged over business practice.

    What I'm reading is Michigan bulb company appears to be out of business I can see why I had many problems with plants not growing when I got them I have one that finally after this is its third year and it was to be a white bleeding heart paid $16 for it one plan well it bloomed now and it's pink I've got 10 of those in my yard water rip off glad they're out of business I hope whoever took him over does a better job than they did

    Awful products!! Dead right out of the box!! 2yrs in a row..they wont refund or replace..$100.00 Gone!! Unbelievable!!

    I bought plants 2 years ago and they did not bloom and contacted Michigan Bulb and they gave me credit towards other plants. I have tried to use those credits and cannot even order due to website issues. I would not like a refund in full. I have account # and order # if needed.

    2 years ago bought a butterfly bush that when received was a 3" stick. Planted and in the lare spring it never grew. Called and they replaced it with another dead stick that newver grew. Eefuse to refund and only issue a credit so i can buy another dead plant

    Dont be a sucker like I was. Ordered 5 elephant ear bulbs:: 3 were dead rotten in the box and 2 others i planted never grew.

    Ordered plants last November, knowing that they would ship in the spring. I received a discount for ordering a total over $60. In April, MB refunded the cost of two of the items as "out of stock." Fine. The other items eventually came. Suddenly, and without explanation, MB charged me an extra $11+. I checked my order - their own records - to find that the amount I had paid after the two refunds was correct. I asked for an explanation. They said that the extra charge was because my final order dipped below the amount that qualified it for the discount. But they didn't explain that at all with the "you still owe!" notice they'd sent.So, THERE'S a little ********** for MB: all they have to do is "out of stock" an item or two, then charge you extra for a discount deal you entered into in good faith. That was my first order with Michigan Bulb. It is also my last.I wish I could choose LESS than a one star rating.
