    This place is a joke! I placed an order for several items on January 20th. Almost a year later and the order still has not been filled. Have called numerous of times sometimes and have gotten numerous experienumerous excuses as to why the order has not been filled. Asked for a refund on July 21st and was told I could receive a check because I because I do not have that account that I paid with any longer.. Well Needless to say I have not received a check. They refunded to the card that doesn't exist anymore even though they were told elsewise. 2 of the plants of that order died died and they would not refund those either.. We'll never, ever order from them again!! Buyer beware!!

    Thank you for your feedback, I reviewed your account and order and see that the Calla ***** White *** Flower, ************** and Burgundy Shamrock shipped out on 04/18/2022. The Purple Passion Flower shipped on 06/22/2022 and the remainder of your order was cancelled at your request. When the order was cancelled, the refund processed back to your credit card on 07/21/2022, you will have to contact your financial institute to get that refund.

    I ordered a bleeding heart bush, and 3 torch lilies, upon arrival the all looked dead. I sent pictures and asked for a credit to my credit card. The total bill with tax and shipping was $34.62. They said they were sorry and gave me replacement certificate of $14.93 for the bleeding hearts. As for the other they said since it was only delivered on 7/12 it is way too soon to say it is dead. That I am to wait till 9/6 and see if it grows. This is poor customer service. I think they are hoping that I forget about them and just let it go. I don’t want to buy any more plants from them, and I don’t think others should as well. Buyer beware.

    Thank you for your feedback, I have cancelled the merchandise credit and issued a refund back to you for the lilies and bleeding hearts, please allow 3 -5 business days for processing. I have also removed you from our email and mailing list.
