    I was nearly speechless when I received my final order today (out of three orders placed the other month). I only received this one now because I called them a couple of times to find out where the heck my plants were. What came today was a travesty. They market beautiful plants online, but what they send are barely alive tiny sticks that would take years to look like the pictures, if they will even survive the next month.
    We have a short growing season here, and what was delivered will be useless for this season.
    I will never order from them again.

    I'm super disappointed in this company. Used them last year for some plants. Decided to use them again this year. Placed my order a month ago and have been tracking periodically. was supposed to be shipped within a week. It's now a month and some days later and I go in and see that my order was changed and when I called, they said, "unfortunately it's out of stock but the other items will be shipped." I don't want JUST the other items. I want the main item that I ordered a month ago! Not to mention, the items that they claim will be shipped, is not backdated to go out a MONTH from now! I was really hoping to do this project with my daughter and now it's ruined. I will not be ordering from them again. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me a email regarding the out of stock items.

    They created a ***** label to charge my credit card then never shipped the product. When I called they said they are out of the redbud tree and will not get again until next year. I bought on 4/28/23 for Mother's Day they charged my credit card on 5/2/23 and created a label then there is no tracking from ***** because they didn't ship the product they only created the label and charged my card. then they want to give me store credit for a tree next year. This company is a scam. They just want to charge your card and not ship a product

    .ade my order..and Luke a lot of people got charged immediately..they sent my order to an old address on file..instead of updated address I gave them and confirmed they had right address. After all the delays I onlyvrecieved part of my order but am told when I called they sent it all on the same day..which is bullshit..tried to get remainder of my order by calling them and ..as you can guess it's been a month and still haven't recieved it and doubt I ever will..be aware that you do not want to do business with this company..for any reason.

    I ordered a 4” potted hydrangea plant. I received a lifeless bulb. I reached out to customer service and they told me it was my job to bring it back to life, as shipping causes strain on horticulture.
    Mind you I paid $10 more than my beautiful plants I received from ******! They will not refund you your money. Do NOT EVER SHOP Michigan Bulb! They’re ripoff’s.

    Ordered in January and my card was charged the same day. When I placed the order, the items were suppose to ship mid February. When I hadn't received the merchandise I checked online and learned the items were now on backorder and wouldn't ship until the end of March. Company had made no attempt to contact me to advise of the delay. After holding my funds for 2 months, they tell me to expect a refund in 30 days.

    They kept delaying my order after I could see that items were ready to be shipped. The raspberry and blackberry plants were dried out/DOA. The calladium bulbs were moldy and only 1 survived. There's only 1 other plant that survived and I don't remember which plant it is - will have to wait until it blooms. I was so disgusted that I unsubscribed and don't even want a refund

    Ordered in July .bulbs came dried out .butterfly bush was smaller than you get at ***** or **** ***** for less money and the rest of my order stiill hasn’t arrived and is now late October. Customer service was a joke offering me 10 dollar off my next order.Like that will happen . move on and skip this horrible company!

    I had ordered 2 pkgs of mixed daffodils and received them shortly afterwards a couple or three weeks ago. I removed them from the pkgs and put in cardboard carton which was open to the air. I went out to plant today and six of the bulbs were shriveled and useless. I'm not happy I purchased my daffodil bulbs from this company.
