  This business automatically renewed my account without asking or informing me for the second year in a row. Last year when this situation occurred, I expressed my intent not to have this happen again and they said ok. Yet again, this year they came to my house, serviced my grass, and charged me for it without my knowledge. When I called customer service to inquire why I had received a bill, the rep stated that my account had been renewed. I asked if I had signed something giving them permission to renew my account and the rep said, "it's on your invoice." I replied by asking the question again If I signed something to give them the okay to renew my account. She said, "well you've been in service with us for two years." She never answered my question as to whether I signed documents giving them permission to automatically renew my account. I requested for her to remove the charge and told her I did not want service. She then stated that she could only remove half of the bill and not the whole thing. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me the manager was not available. I asked when the manager would be available, she said she didn't know. I asked for the manager's phone number, she stated that I could only call the number I just called to reach her. She told me that she is the only one over my account and there was no one else who could help me. She had an unfriendly tone and I could tell she was agitated with my requests. I cannot understand how a business operates where no one is accountable for mistakes and without a manager or supervisor present during working hours and no one knows when a manager will be available. I would like a complete refund for this business trespassing on my property, spraying chemicals on my lawn, and then charging me for it.

  From May 2022 when I began service with Experigreen, I had weed free and lush lawn of St Augustine grass. I wanted make sure the lawn stayed pristine and properly aeriated so signed up for the ********* essential package that totaled to $600 for the year. By the fall/winter of 2022, my lawn was invested with more weeds and crabgrass than how it was during the heat of the summer months. The weed killer also left massive dead spots all over my lawn that allowed weeds to grow. I paid my last bill of $222 over the phone with a rep and asked to cancel the service for next year bc the cost was not worth the results. By March of 2023, a rep came to my house and performed a unwanted service, that I had canceled the previous year. I had to call again to cancel to make sure no other charges were incurred. I still had to pay for the unwanted service even after I had canceled and the lawn was in worst condition than when we began. This was a complete waste money because nothing that was done over the past year did anything to preserve my amazing lawn and if anything, it made matters much worse than where we started. You are better off hiring a company that is tailored more to your type of lawn or doing it yourself. I have had more success researching and maintaining the yard than wasting $600 to have someone make it worse. Save your money and Do not recommend.

  So from the start this company talks a good game lies directly to your face **** the wannabe manager killed my flowers with the hose. We told them my mother has cancer and to let ** no with a call but nothing like the great business they aren't ever going to be. Then argued on the phone that he knocked on the door when my 2 sons watched the entire process. 280 dollars for 2 house lol that was theft in my eyes. Please do not go thru them or let lower prices get you to go threw them I rate them zero stars for being a fraud!

We see both our Service Manager and Sales Manager did attempt to discuss your concerns with you to see what we could do to find a resolution and both times the call was disconnected.   I used another lawn care company for services in the past. This company was bought by Experigreen. I always had a contract. I had decided not to use Experigreen this year.They treated my lawn on 4/2/2023 without my authorization. I called immediately to discuss the matter. After getting the run around, I received an email saying I would get a refund. Additionally a sales person called me and said Id get a refund. I have not received one.I called again today and was told I wasnt getting a refund; upper management is refusing saying that I knew the company was sold?! This have nothing to do with providing services not authorized.This a a scam. The services are very sub-par to the previous company.

  A representative called my home this morning and told me he was here at my house to service my lawn care. I canceled this service two years ago and have informed this company on several occasions that I do not require their services. I was told by the person on the phone that they would keep coming by unless I called the company. Called the company for what. I did not order the services and I canceled services at least two years ago due to damage to my lawn. An expensive arrogation or arreation process left my lawn even more damaged than their previous treatments. I informed them that I would take care of my lawn myself. The technician or person who called my home insisted that they would be back unless I called the company!!!!! After waiting on hold for a extended amount of MUSAZ. I was again told they they would not be coming to my home again. I advised the person on the phone and the person that I called at Experireen who identified my former account by my phone number (caller ID) that should they return to my property again I will call the authorities file a charge for trespassing and have them arrested.. The phone calls are harassment at best. This was the 3rd time someone came to my home to treat my lawn without authorization or a request to do so. My lawn was beautiful before I let Experireen treat it. Three years later it is the worst it's every been Their services are horrible and the sales ethics are unethical. You can't force someone to use your service by just showing up on their property and then trying to bill them later. What a scam!!!!

  I contracted with this company in 2022. I had a lot of problems with burn spots from overtreatment which have not recovered. Consequently, I cancelled my service with them and contracted with a different company. Experigreen showed up to my house last week and treated my lawn WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR A CONTRACT, even though I cancelled by phone 2 times...last year and in 2023 when they called in February to make me an offer for this spring. Be careful...if you once had a contract, you may still have a contract!

  I had used ExperiGreen for my lawn care and had terrible results that I decided to use another company this year.I called them up that I was not going to use them this year. Also to make sure they didn't charge my card. I called them and she said it has been canceled. On 03-15-23 someone from ExperiGreen came to my home and I told him, I'm not using them and he said that he would let the office know, this is on video.On 03-21-23, someone came in the morning and did my yard without my permission and without authorization to charge my card. I have no idea who this person is or what company. I check my credit card and I see it was ExperiGreen.Now, ** being told they might give me a refund. This needs to be resolved and I want my money back and get confirmation that they will never charge my card without my permission.Three things I learned watching my home video cameras, 1) the application was done fast and sloppy, you can see a lot of area that was not treated which explains the poor results I was getting from previous years, and 2) Without the video, the new company I'm using would have put their fertilizer down which would have been too much and would have killed my grass. 3) They have very poor customer service, I was about to lose it with her ignorant and un-professional attitude.

  Last year Experigreen serviced my lawn I prepaid for the summer they didn't service my lawn for about 3 months, I called to ask them about it and I got the run around so I canceled my service they were supposed to give me my money back from my balance that was left over and I haven't received my money that was Five months ago. I keep calling and no one will send me my money I call and get an excuse every time, this is not how you treat customers.

  I used experigreen lawn care service in nov2022 and I clearly mentioned one time peat control around my home. In the month of December they called me offered a lawn service. I clearly told them no. One day i see weed control charge on my credit card and when i called them they are saying they applied weed control in my lawn without letting me know. I tried to call them multiple times but no use. Now they are threatening me saying that my file will go to collection agency.

  I used to use ************************ to treat my lawn. ExperiGreen Lawn Care bought them in between December of 2022 and February 2023. with no phone call e-mail or any other form of contact on February 21 2023 I come home from work to signs in my lawn saying they treated my lawn today. They left a door hanger on my door and they were **** quick to bill my credit card I had on file with ************************. at first I did not even know who they were until I called them. Keep in mind its February in ****, my lawn is dormant. The treatment said early spring. Well ExperiGreen spring starts March 20 2023. I contacted them and they had every excuse in the world for why they did it. They said they are going to refund my money. Lets be honest the real reason why they did it was to generate bills. The treatment is useless and a waste of money this time of year. I canceled my service with them. We shall see if I get my money back.
