    I purchased an electronic scooter for my son. It is missing the handlebars. We have tried repeadly emailing the company with no response. Their phone is disconnected.

    We purchased a Swagtron hoverboard from a Swagtron storefront on Amazon on May 16, 2024. Weve had some small problems along the way, but then on July 28th it had catastrophic problems. We checked the manual and it gave information about a 90-day warranty. I sent a contact request on both Swagtron.com and through the seller contact on Amazon. Since that time the Swagtron.com customer support has not returned my email. I emailed again on August 7th. Both times Ive received automated confirmation emails. I have been in contact with the Amazon storefront seller. They are claiming that they are the seller and not the manufacturer. I explained that this is a bait and switch because the storefront clearly markets itself as Swagtron. You cant name yourself the same thing as the manufacturer and try to claim you arent connected to them. I have filed complaints with Amazon but have not heard back. We originally hoped to go through the warranty process but we no longer want a relationship with whatever this company is. Im attaching pictures of the Invoice and the Swagtron storefront on Amazon.

    On April 23, I purchased an e-scooter from Swagtron on Amazon. After around 30 days, I found that the scooter sometimes unexpectedly bent while riding because its joint is somewhat unstable (it is a bendable scooter but should hold tight after setting up, and I follow the user's instructions to set up the scooter). This happened more frequently as I rode it every day. Unfortunately, this defect caused me to fall while riding on June 3. Both of the scooter and myself were damaged. I notice that the user's instructions also indicate a ****** warranty so I try to contact Swagtron to repair or replace the scooter. However, the phone number provided in the instructions is never in service. Later, I tried to reach out to the seller on Amazon but the seller told me to contact Swagtron directly via the official website. I have sent a message through it but I have not yet received any reply for more than one week and their website said I should receive a reply within 3-5 business days; that is, the business has never tried to resolve the problem. Thus, I need to file this complaint to get support.

    Purchased the EB-6 E-bike for our son for Christmas 2023. Around March 2024 he came home from a bike ride as the bike was working, parked the bike in our garage and the next day, the power switch / bike wouldn't turn on, nothing else happened. **** was parked with the kickstand. Multiple attempts via email have been unresponsive (5 emails). They do not list a phone number on their website. Further, the "Returns and Refunds" section on their website hasn't worked in 6 months. The page generates an error when attempts to generate a return / refund form are made. This is likely because they have so many return / refund requests that they intentionally turned off their refund / return website.

    I purchased an EB5 Pro Plus Folding ************* eBike w/ Removable Battery Recertified - White and the Swagtron Protection Plan - $300.00 and Up. The eBike is no longer working as it should be. It shorts out with a full battery and fails to work consistently. I submitted a claim and reached out to the only contact information they have online on 6/21/2024. I have not received any response outside of the automated response stating they will get back to me in 24-72hrs. I spent $439.99 in total and I'm afraid they will not attempt to respond to my inquiry about a replacement or a refund.

    I recently bought a swagtron ****** 5 plus back in the beginning of may/2024. i received the swagtron scooter about 10 days later opened to find that the scooters charger was deffective. I tried to filed a complaint with the swagtron website email with no response i decided to buy a new charger on my own. after riding it for a couple weeks i put the swagtron on my enclosed back porch went to ride it a few weeks ago all i get is a e1 error i tried so many time to get in contact with this company to get my scooter replaced including sending multi emails with receipts and issuses and nothing. I am honestly outraged and baffled that a buissness is allowed to get away with such a thing of s******* their customers while nothing is done honestly i think they should brought to court. they have made no attempts to solve my concerns or complaints and there website is a front. their customers service number has been disconnected its says and their emails go unanswered.

    I made a purchase on Nov 28, 2023, of a refurbished scooter from Swagtron. The unit came as gift to be opened on Christmas. After the unit was opened and charged, i would not work as expected. The motor would run for 3 minutes, then shut down and not come on again till after hooking up to a charger. i contacted Swagtron support and was given a RA number (received authorization) and shipping label in my email. I followed instructions as supplied by Swagtron support, and also received a confirmation email they received my RA'd unit on January 5th 2024 In that email they stated that a technician would have to look at it and get back to me withing 5-20 business days.In a follow up email response dated January 29th, i was informed by Swagtron support that it was determined the unit needed to be replaced and while they don't currently have any units to ship out they will when they restock... Since then i have followed up 2 times with emails dated June 14th 2024 and June 22 2024, both outside of the ***** hour window with no response or update. I have no other recourse since i used amazon pay instead of a credit card i cannot force a refund. All i want is a refund of my purchase price for the unit. Their support is unreliable and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.Thank you.

    An EB-6 electric bike was purchased from this company. The left brake lever is broken and I have been trying to get a replacement part under warranty. The company will not respond to my emails. The telephone number provided for the company is a non working number.

    I purchased an ebike for $900 for my son in Nov 2023 which he used most of his saving for. We got the bike and battery did not work, sent in an RMA to get a new battery in which we got in Jan. ** rode the bike around for a week and it stopped working. Put in another RMA to have it fixed, bike was shipped back to Swagtron which they received, did nothing with the bike and shipped it back. I got the bike back and it still didn't work. put in another RMA with Swagtron, shipped the broken bike back again in which tracking shows delivered and now have never heard back. Sent about 30 emails now asking for update and nobody replies. phone number doesn't work and now we are out of a $900 ebike. SCAMMMMM this company is and took money from a 7 year old boys saving.
