    Sold a defective hoverboard. Multiple attempts to contact the company to go or their warranty have gone unanswered. The stores carrying the product won't allow returns either. This company is a joke.

    Bought a defective scooter from the company. Cost me $100 to ship the item to company. Didn't want to take a chance with another [defective scooter] so opted for an e-bike. Ordered new front rim for e-bike and wrong size was shipped. that was 3 months ago. Despite numerous attempts to get the right product, there is no customer service for @**********************, no contact number, no mailing address and no return emails. I would not recommend purchasing products from this "company".

    Is this even a real company? I bought my son a Swagtron Hoverboard for Christmas through Best Buy. The hoverboard never worked from day one - it would not even power on. I contacted Swagtron through their website for an RMA. A few days later, I was issued an RMA with instructions on how to send the hoverboard back. They even sent me a link where i could choose to purchase a *** label from them for $20, which I did. I have proof of tracking that it arrived to them, and now 8 months later, I still do not have a hoverboard. I have emailed their customer service once a week for several months with no response. The telephone number listed on their website does not work. The chat feature on their website does not work. Essentially I threw $150 out the window, because the hoverboard is never coming back, and I cannot get in touch with anyone. I never, ever give reviews, but please do not buy from this company.

    If I could rate zero stars I would. I purchased 2 Swagger 5 scooters, when I received them, one of them had the back wheel brake disc completely bent and the other one will only go up to exactly 11.0MPH and not any faster. I called the customer service number, and of course, its disconnected, I have emailed them nonstop and have not received a reply, of course by now the warranty has expired because nobody bothers to reach back out. Wasted $600, people say to but American, I say it's overpriced, crappy product and non existent of customer service, I should drive these piles of garbage to their factory but I'm willing to bet it doesn't even exist. Someone should start a class action lawsuit judging by all these comments.

    I wish I had read this before ordering an electric bike. There is no help for returning it, no phone number that works, no way to get a refund.

    SWAGTRON IS A TOTAL SHAM AND A C*** COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!SHAM COMPANY - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THE BUILDING IS EMPTY!DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY - RIP OFF COMPANY!

    Swagtron has not responded to around ***** emails regarding a warranty claim that I needed to file due to a scooter malfunction. I purchased the extended warranty and cannot complete the claim. There is not phone number to call, and they will not respond to emails.

    We bought our son a Swagtron hoverboard for 2023 Christmas, but after charging for hours it would not work for more than 30 seconds and then it would die.We returned the unit to Swagtron in late January 2024 per directions from there ************ where we we told we would here from Swagtron with in 7-21 days about our repair or refund. It had been 3 months since it was returned and no correspondence from Swagtron despite numerous requests through there website. There customer service line constantly also rings twice then goes dead. Swagtron is a very suspicious company and pathetic at customer service. I recommend no one purchase anything from them as they are just a unethical company.

    My son bought a hoverboard for my granddaughter for Easter. It hasnt worked since day one. I have emailed Swagtron three times and have gotten no response. *** tried calling but the number is always busy. My granddaughter is very disappointed

    I would say this company seems to have gone out of business, but still presents as an active e-retail website. I dont know if theyre still shipping new product, but anyone considering ordering on their website should reconsider.I had a repair issue covered by warranty for a scooter purchased in December. I spoke with someone who sent me the proper forms and shipping instructions. I shipped the scooter to them as instructed and received email confirmation that they received the scooter for repair on 1/26/2024.I have heard nothing since. I have sent dozens of message/contact request forms. I have dialed their phone number (the only one available that I can find anywhere online) hundreds of times over 6 weeks, and each time encounter a busy signal. Their website continues to update with seasonal specials. This means either those running the company have disappeared as other evidence suggests and these are prescheduled site updates (in which case, new purchases would be unlikely to be fulfilled), or theyve been intentionally scamming people in the past several months. Either scenario is a losing one for the unsuspecting consumer. I have never experienced anything like this. Ive never even heard of anything like this, from a seemingly established company/manufacturer (as evidenced by its multi-generation products) with pretty decent reviews. Ever. Ive since turned it over to my credit card company for dispute. Hoping a party with a voice louder than mine can correct the issue and perhaps blow the lid off whatever it is Swagtron is doing here.
