    **************** is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered two EB-7 Elite bikes both in black. When they were delivered, one was black and the other white. Not only that, both of them had broken parts. I immediately sent in a claim via their website. I was sent to their shipping company (Route) for resolution. They almost instantly denied the claim stating they were not responsible. I recontacted Swagtron (via email since their phone line will not route me to customer service). They asked me to send pictures of each bike to prove they sent the wrong color. Then asked me to send in pictures of the damaged boxes, which I did. My claim was sent to their concern ***** 2 weeks no contact, I resent email and they said my case was still under review. A week later and still no contact I did an online chat with them with the same result under review. Im 4 weeks into them reviewing my case and still no contact. A complete nightmare if you have any issues with the product. How this business has such a high rating is beyond me.
