    AWFUL!!!!! They have had my scooter for almost two moths for warranty repair. Sent Multiple emails and no response!

    Swagtron is a joke to do business with. I have submitted no less than 4 requests for a replacement wheel. I haven't received any correspondence back. Don't buy from this company if you want any interest in service after the sale.

    I purchased directly from the company after researching the reviews of Swagtron. I received the Hoverboard that I ordered for my 9 year old Grand daughter for Christmas. From day 1 it would not charge. I contacted the company who said they would send me a box to return it. I waited, but no box. I called again and was told a box would arrive within 3 days. I got the box along with a tracking number. The hoverboard was returned, but they have not issued my refund of $169.99. I have called the number provided (eight four four - two nine *************** two five) (this form would not allow me to post phone numbers). When called you are told to hold for the next available representative then it says "thank you ******" and hangs up. I have tried numerously to contact them by email, but will not get a response. I believe the reviews left for this company are bogus. I have found there are only 6 employees at this company. It is now February 5th and my Grand Daughter is still without a Christmas present. BUYER BEWARE!!! I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!

    They are bad i had to get my ******* square trade warranty to override them got 230 bucks and i keep the bike Never will buy anything from them again.

    Do not buy this product! They are selling remanufactured parts on their scooters. The scooter that I have is just a few months old, but a component broke. This company has refused to examine this part. To buy one one of their products is like throwing money in the wind......

    Customer support is pretty terrible. Ordered multiple replacement batteries and none were correct. Even swapped photos to ensure the correct part would be sent. When the wrong battery was sent excuses were made with no resolution other than to tear down my old battery and swap parts.

    We do apologize for any confusion in this matter. Per our records, you ordered one Version 1 EB-5 battery. The battery sent to you was the correct *********** previously included an outer casing, which was removed in order to match the version you need. In order to use this battery, you will need to reuse the metal bracket that came with your original battery, as the new battery was sourced from an encased version that did not have brackets.

    Having purchased a Swagtron T6 for Christmas 2022 based on the heavy duty off road spec up to 380lbs weight. My son, who is a 75lb 10 year old used it for a period of 3 months. It stopped working. I called ***************** At their recommendation I replaced the battery. Still not working. Next, they suggested the main board. I photographed it and supplied the part number on the board. I have been following up for the past 3 months waiting for a part to com into stock but to no avail. They will not fix it under warranty (only 90 days). After 10 communications to include emails, chats and phone calls, they don't call back. 1 **************** person hung up on me.They will not furnish a refurbished unit. Nor will they supply a main board from a salvaged unit.Meanwhile, my son has this heavy duty hoverboard that does not work, a $300 purchase. Vote with your wallet. My Swagtron T6 product and service was not of merchantable quality.

    Our support team was first alerted of this particular issue back on June 2, 2023 via phone call to the Swagtron support line. The hoverboard was said to be no longer powering on, but the charger was verified to be working. It was our belief that it could have been the battery, but without physical inspection, we could not confirm this with certainty. The battery order was set up with the understanding that it may not resolve the issue, at which point, other troubleshooting would need to be done. We were later informed that the battery did not resolve the issue, and thus a return authorization was set up on June 20, and credit was issued on July 10. We are currently unfortunately out of inventory for the requested main board. We do apologize for the wait, and hope to be able to provide a quicker solution.

    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Swagtron's exceptional customer support firsthand, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I purchased a Swagtron e-scooter a few months ago and was initially thrilled with it. However, after a few weeks of use, I noticed that there was a problem with the motor that was causing the scooter to run sluggishly.I reached out to Swagtron's customer support team, and I have to say, they went above and beyond to help me out. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about resolving my issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to send me a replacement motor free of charge.But here's the thing that really impressed me: when the replacement motor arrived, I had trouble installing it. I contacted customer support again, and this time, they actually offered to connect me with one of their technicians to walk me through the installation process. The technician was incredibly patient and helpful, and thanks to his guidance, I was able to successfully replace the motor and get my scooter running like new.Throughout the entire process, Swagtron's customer support team was exceptional. They were always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. And the best part? Despite the initial problem, I still absolutely love my Swagtron e-scooter. It's a joy to ride, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional, non-electric scooter.All in all, I would highly recommend Swagtron to anyone looking for a high-quality electric micromobility product. Not only do they make great products, but their customer support is truly exceptional. Thanks, Swagtron, for providing such a wonderful experience!

    The guy at Swagtron **************** is absolutely RUDE! My son is on his second Swagtron S8 scooter because the first one completely died after 1 month of riding it, got a second one and that one shuts off as soon as he starts riding it. We had a warranty, spent $40 sending to the return authorization center just for them to send me the scooter back saying nothing was wrong but it still completely shuts off while riding it. THEN I called and the guy and customer service had such a nasty attitude and hung up on me when I asked why it wasnt repaired! He said he isnt the one testing and fixing the items and its not his problem and hung up on me. I will NEVER buy a Swagtron product ever again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows never to purchase one either!!! Absolutely the worst product and customer service I have ever experienced!!!

    Worst ever customer support! Bought a new Hoverboard for my kids birthday but the right wheel started jumping in just couple of weeks!! Crappy product.. would never recommend anybody to buy any swagtron product. Had to pay for shipping to send it back for repair and its been more than a month with NO update.. after several calls to the customer service, dealt w/ rude customer service representatives, all in vain. I cant believe they are still in business!I WANT A RESOLUTION ASAP!

We had unfortunately experienced a delay in the warranty repair process due to an inventory issue. We have sent a replacement hoverboard to you, and it is on track to be delivered on 9/9. Regarding return shipping, we provide courtesy return labels within 30 days of purchase or repair. In this case, we were not contacted about a problem with the hoverboard until roughly 3 months after purchase, thus a label was not provided. We do apologize for the unintended wait. We will strive to better our follow-up efforts.

    Finally received the hoverboard, looks like a wheel was replaced but w/ a smaller one!! So now I have a funny looking hoverboard w/ wheels of uneven size!! Is this really a company as advertised or just being run from a ********* do not accept this resolution and demand a new hoverboard immediately!
