      Called office, asked if we want what was previously ordered. My employee that had recently started ordering said yes. I asked who it was, called back immediately and canceled. Received order anyway 10 days later. Called and emailed to return. They said, no return policy due to Covid. Have played phone tag with same woman insisting that we have an overdue invoice. *************************************** They claim they have conversatin recorded. Bring it then. That would solve everything. *************************************************************** *** I will not spend the money to return these. ***********************

      ********************* Speaking to Mark - gave us the run around about calling us for an order saying they are from a company that we already had an account with - which is not the case. We have never ordered from them. We requested a physical address to return the gloves to and it took an act of congress to get a physical address. I confronted Mark about the PO box addresses on the invoice not being the same, and could not be verified on line. Upon researching the website address, that too is scary. Again, an employee was given the wrong information upon the phone call **************** I will be returning the gloves with a return signature for proof of returning the items. YES BEWARE!

      We had the same experience. They trap you by claiming that they are getting information on an order and mislead the customer. I sent the product back and have the tracking number. We cannot reach them by phone. Now they are trying to charge a finance charge on top of it. PLEASE BEWARE! The level of deception is terrible and the cost is unfair!
