      Hello, My trash was not picked up on 8/24, but my recycling was. I called in two days later and waited for 20 minutes on hold to be #1 in the que just to be made to leave a voice mail and receive a call back 5 hours later. The customer service agent started by saying since it was 24 hours after they didn't actually have to anything...why on earth do I have a time limit on fixing YOUR MISTAKE. She then proceeded giving me some excuse about "he must have had help on that route" yet my recycling and everyone on my street had their trash/recycling picked up. She proceeded to tell me the only way to have my trash picked up from last week is to drive my ass all the way downtown (somehow between 8-430 during the work week) to pick up stickers for my extra trash so I don't get skipped again (again your fault)...*** is this customer service? You should have come and picked up my trash...you messed up you should fix it! Real good start to us using your service....

      This last week 9/26/22 my trash wasn’t picked up for the third time in six weeks. What on gods green earth do I have to do to get you to do what I pay for!? This is seriously the worst service I have received for anything in my entire life.

      The driver refused to pick up my waste due to the fact that the lid was not flush with the can. I spoke with customer service and provided a photo of my can where you could see a 3-inch crack between the lid and can. I searched for the SLA for the content that claimed they would not pick up with the can overflowing. The waste removal was scheduled for 08/25/2022 and I spoke with customer service on 08/26/22. I paid for this service for the next 3 months under the understanding that my trash would be taken care of. I would like to understand why this issue occurred and why there was no communication from the company without me calling in. I was told that the job could be finished if I was willing to pay a 25 dollar return fee.

      KC Disposal (trash company) failing to perform promised services (pick up trash) and refusing "refund" of money paid over course of 3 months.

      I am rejecting this response because: If I call that number I will be put on hold, told I cannot be helped, or simply hung up on. After being told I would receive a call back on this matter I received none. There is a reason I am going through a third party at this point to deal with your company.

      We paid for 3 months of trash and recycling service, about 120$. It has been 4 weeks, and they have not picked up my trash one time. They have picked up NY recycling 2 times out of the 4. I called every week to find out what was going on. The first week they said they would send a truck back to my house, that truck never showed. The following holiday week they picked up a day later (friday)...I called Thurs to remind them of the pickup...they were rude and said it's a holiday they won't be there till Friday, very sarcastic tone. They never showed Friday, I called and they said they would send a truck out Saturday...never came. The next week, didn't show up again, I called and it took 45 minutes to get through only to be hung up on. I called back and got through finally. The lasy was sooo unbelievable, they refused a refund, still haven't picked up my trash, and accused me of threatening and verbally abusing her...which I absolutely did not. She then hung up on me. As I'm writing this, it's Thursday of the 4th week at 419pm and they still haven't picked it up. A FB message said the truck was coming back around...never showed. I want my money back, a company shouldn't be able to operate like this.
