    I ordered a lower receiver on 4/9/2024 I received a email about my purchase. Although I didn’t get a tracking number I found out on 4/9/2024 I used the wrong zip code on my shipping address I’ve been calling since and haven’t got a call back, I’ve sent emails also will I be able to still receive my order or how do I go about getting my money back? My order number is *******

    Hello, Unfortunately we handle all customer service related communication through email. Our system does automatically update the zip code if it was entered incorrectly. We did reach back out to let you know this was updated automatically and that your order has been shipped.

    I ordered a kit from them and recently went and used it and had major issues. I emailed, called and messaged them on social media with no reply. Customer service is a major thing and they have zero. Very unhappy.

    I purchased a wylde build kit for them on February 17th, 2024 . This would be the fifth build from them and I have never had an issue until now. I have emailed the company about something being out of spec and the assembled build would not cycle. Went through every single fix from adjustable gas blocks, swapped lowers, bcg, five different manufacturers and weights of ammo, buffer weights and springs, and so on. They stopped emailing me all together as of now. You would think a company would be more invested in seeing their customers happy, not just the ones who has spent over two-thousand dollars with them like me. Just want them to make a bad build right and RMA the kit and send a replacement.

    ordered product paid for product, 7 days later product shipped, after 2 weeks of tracking package going nowhere contacted durkin via email because there is no contact phone number anyone will answer. i stated USPS had considered package lost or damaged beyond delivery or content had been sepereated from packaging and most likely would not be delivered,USPS stated package had isurance and was eligable for a claim to be filed since it had been 15 days since product last scanned ,i sent that email to durkin because USPS stated only individual with original shipping receipt could file a claim which after days of waiting i get short no explination responses, but finally got a response that they could not file a claim from the last day it showed movement which would be another 30 days, it has 30 days since ive ordered the package and been told i would have to wait another 30 days before they will file a claim..biggest issue anyone will have with durkin is communication. i am a FFL buisness and value my customers and spend alot of money with durkin but the lack of customer service and poor communication has me debating on rater or not i will use them in the future. they had been a pretty good company with good products up to this point but if your customer service and communication is poor its hard to rely on you..product can be great but if you dont get it and lose customers in the wake its not worth a dime.hate that i had to go to this extent to get this matter resolved but seems to be the only effective way of getting this matter resolved. as of today still no claim still no product no resolution to problem. i have since reordered the products i was waiting on and 3 more orders from durkin and during this time i have still not received my or or a refund..24-72 hr response times on emails are ridiculously time consuming. i understand Durkin has no control over shipping other than they do not offer me a FFL alternative shipping .they do have control over customer satifaction and knowing i still have not received my package and that it has been given a clear to file a claim, why would my order not be reshipped and they deal with the courier they chose and lost the package.. it seems im been made to wait for no reason. just send me what i paid for or a refund.

    The bottom line issue is, you declined to purchase shipping insurance for your order. This is exactly why we offer shipping insurance, we even go as far as having it pre selected for every order. The customer has to actually REMOVE shipping protection on the checkout page. We appreciate you as a customer, but we can not just take losses when something is out of our hands like this. The only thing we can do is wait and hope it arrives, and once the 30 days is up, if it does not arrive, we of course will follow up on the claim ( however with no shipping insurance purchased USPS only covers up to $100). This is an unfortunate situation, but we do everything we can to prevent this by offering the route shipping protection for every single order.

    All has been resolved please state owner of company called me personally and went above and beyond to assure I was happy. Never had an issue with their product, issues was with USPS shipping which I know they have no control over . They did provide a solution to the problem and I feel really appreciated my business. Thank you Durkin Tactical for your help. Sorry if I was a jerk , tis the season lol

    On Thursday February 23, 2023 I purchased a ** Tactical **** Pistol Stabilizing Brace from Durkin Tactical. I made the purchase knowing the ATF has recently changed their stance on stabilizing braces and now considering them a short barrel rifle. The reason why I purchased this brace is because in the description of the same product only with a buffer tube included it states "ATF Compliant and Veteran Designed". I did not want this buffer tube, so I purchased the brace without the buffer tube. On Sunday February 26, 2023 I spoke with a friend who had more knowledge on the law that has been changed and he informed me that the brace was illegal to place on a pistol and that doing so would consider the firearm a short barrel riffle. After looking it up myself. I came to find out that the ATF did rule that these braces are illegal to place on a pistol.

    *******************************************************************************************************  I immediately sent an email to Durkin Tactical to cancel my order do to it being illegal to place on my weapon. I received an email back saying they would cancel with a **% restocking fee, I informed them that their website is misguiding and has misleading information and that I should not have to pay a restocking fee. I then received an email stating that I am legally allowed to keep the brace as long as I follow the parameters ATF has set. Which the parameters are that they cannot be put together or else it is a short barreled rifle and that is illegal to own without the correct paperwork. Their website states that this product is a "** Tactical **** Pistol Stabilizing Brace". Putting this on your weapon no longer makes it a pistol. Them also stating "ATF Compliant and Veteran Designed" is also false because due to the ATF ruling, this is not an ATF compliant brace. This company is being deceitful with their products and is now making the customer pay restocking fees for their mistakes.

    Durkin Tactical is allowed to sell these braces and you can purchase these however you'll need to abide by parameters the ATF has set.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration however, Our terms and conditions state all cancellations result in a **% restocking fee (which was agreed by the customer at checkout).
