      the site always crashes and worst I was charged $87.24on 11/21/22 I did not agree to, I doesn't make me feel better that other got similar. to get charged for a site I can't even open is terrible. I am hoping to stop the payment as is currently showing as pending.

      This is a really poor Theater they had us kicked out for something I didnt even do and she was very aggressive pushy and trying to take my drink saying she I didnt pay for it I paid for my ticket and I was making my way in the theater and she said I didnt pay for my drink and I snuck it in and she proceeded to hit my hand and take it away from me and I didnt even do anything I had a cup I bought from the food court and I was drinking from it I was outside near the food station and when I went in they didnt say anything about it and I wasnt even in the movie theater I was in the food court and she was like that never again I go to this theater like maybe twice a year and this has never happened in my life the manager said you either get out and Ill call the cops and I said call the cops. I waited like around an hour and a half for the cops to come and they told us that they dont want to gave us a refund and they told us to contact you guys is has been a horrible experience NEVER AGIAN

      I went in the staff was acting very disrespectful. I bought a ticket to watch the movie wakanda forever and they were very disrespectful and werent providing any type of help. I asked the employees why are they being like that and they started cursing at me and told me to leave. This is a very unpleasant experience.

      Terrible, terrible, terrible! We bought advance tickets for "The Chosen." Our tickets clearly said "Screen 8." Two couples. We arrive early and take our seats and a few minutes later another couple arrives and says we are in their seats. He shows us his phone and it reads the same as ours. We all go out the the front, and they tell us our movie has moved, we should be in theater 2. So, we all go to theater 2, which is halfway through the new Black Panther movie. We go back out front again, and are told we need to be in theater 3. This is the second time this has happened to ** at The *********************************. Why bother with advance tickets if you keep moving the showing? The "ticket taker" should have told us of the change, but she was obviously clueless. It would help if you posted the movie title outside of the individual screening room. Second time for us at this location, we will just start going to the other chain in the future. Very, very frustrating.

      The Alist membership with *** Theaters that I've been buying every month stopped working suddenly and i was unable after several tries, to contact anyone. No customer service numbers anywhere on the app, they make you go through FB Chat but then don't respond. After a few hours I found the problem, kind of, by myself. Turns out nearly every state along the east coast has to pay a higher fee for Alist membership. They hide this information then don't give any way to contact anyone. This is a terrible company with nonexistent customer service. I'll be cancelling my mbership.

      I will never step foot into another *** Theater. I visited the *** in Harlem on 8/14/2022 and was berated and harassed by the manager *******. A ***** black woman with glasses. She yelled at me and my toddler repeatedly before telling me we had to leave and I needed to speak with her for a refund. She intimidated the rest of the staff. Sent a man to approach me and my son to block us from the theater entry. Told the concession person not to sell to us and gave us a number for corporate that didn't work. I refused to engage with her as I am 7 months pregnant. My mother approached her and she essentially said she was triggered and felt like she needed to make an example out of me so other patrons wouldn't use that tone. Great training went into the manager for a decrepit theater with sticky floors, stale popcorn and outdated seats. Imagine someone yelling at you like a child in front of your toddler while pregnant and not being able to file a formal complaint. I will only go to Cinemark. I am selling my stock. This is disgusting. The worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. It has been almost 24 hrs and I have heard nothing back. Clearly they lack training. My blood pressure was literally raised by this encounter. In reading other reviews it seems the managers have some kind of superiority complex. One shouldnt have to go to social media to contact customer service. I am appalled. I will also be filing a formal legal harassment complaint against *******. It's a shame my child was exposed to this. His love for the theater is jaded. Insane that there are so many 1 star reviews for such a large company but it just shows that they. clearly don't care about the customer service aspect.

      I have tried to contact *** for several hours through their "guest support" on ******** and ******* and they have completely ignored me. They charges me ***** to cancel my A-List and I didn't even want to cancel. It was a mistake on their app and the it is an ENDLESS loop in trying to communicate with them on ANY level. It's as if they purposely make it too difficult to contact them. SCAM!

      Gift cards are a scam, deactivates cards and requires you to contact the by phone and email no less than 2-3 times each in order to get a replacement in the hopes you give up and they get free money. Each time you contact them, they keep adding new requirements, 1st needs pictures of front and back of card, then responds they need the card number typed out in the body of the email even though they are looking at a picture of it and then responds they need a copy of the receipt knowing most people receive these as gifts. My assumption is if you have the receipt they will ask for a picture and then need the receipt typed out in the email. ****** burdensome in the hopes you give up. Do no waste your , your loved ones or friends time on this scam.
