  Avoid Power Dry at All Costs! Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Predatory.
  
  I had an absolutely horrible experience with Power Dry. They lied about the work they supposedly completed and then had the audacity to bill me for it. I had to complain repeatedly just to get the project manager to come out for a walk-through, and even then, he was utterly useless. This so-called project manager didn’t even bother to inspect the work that was done—or rather, wasn’t done. It was clear he was just there to pacify me, not to address the issues at hand. He should have been fired on the spot.
  
  The crew also broke my bed frame during their so-called "work." Instead of helping in a time of crisis, they acted like a group of dishonest crooks, trying to take advantage of someone who had already suffered a disaster. They overstated my billing by over $12,000! While they eventually returned some of the money, they can never give back the countless hours I spent arguing with their incompetent staff just to get someone to do a basic walk-through of my home.
  
  Power Dry is the epitome of unprofessionalism. They are predators who will try to scam you at your most vulnerable moments. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from them for any renovation work or water damage restoration. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache.

  This company is getting away with lying on my family publicly. They are upset because I provided truth about our experience with them and the way they continued to lie and are still continuing to lie to cover up their faults. Never have we ever allowed someone to do work in our home without providing an estimate first. No one would do this. I have a screenshot I would like to include here if possible or send to a BBB rep on our case showing this company responding and publicly telling people what is in our home in an attempt to embarrass us instead of taking accountability. Additionally, I have screenshots and video of conversations that show what is being said is false. All this company has to do is be honest...the lies they are telling is going to lead to them having to tell more lies. We made a deal for the gift card and an estimate to speed things up in having our basement restored. The fact that they are choosing an ATTEMPT to embarrass or call us out instead of getting on the employees who lied to us show who they really are and I would request that the BBB look into these lies that have been told on us and the unprofessional behavior. I am COMMITTED to the truth being told from the mouths of this company...even if that does have to happen in court.

  This company is TERRIBLE. Came into our home and took pictures of personal things that were not even in the areas affected. Literally moved out items out of there way only for them to go in the room and take a close up picture anyways. THEN they send an invoice to us for $6995 when I signed off on $4600. Literally have to seek counsel just to get this disaster situated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I better never see these people near my home again!

  Power Dry was recommended by our HVAC company, ****************. The pipe to an outdoor spigot caused a slow leak back behind a finished basement wall. There was a ton of black mold. ***** came out and instantly took over the whole situation. I felt comfortable and confident going with PowerDry. This was an overwhelming and scary situation and I felt fortunate to have been partnered with ***** and his crew. He was knowledgeable, honest, and supportive. ******* was assigned to my property to do the actual mitigation. He likewise was professional and respectful of my home and property. They did a top-notch job and I am happy I went with PowerDry for this issue.

  I highly recommend Power Dry! *** came out and quoted us for the water damage that was created from our dishwasher. He was relatable and understanding of the small children we have in the house. He explained the process to me as if I knew nothing, which I didnt. He proceeded to let me know the job was assigned to a crew. This is where I always get skeptical. ***************************************** arrived to start the work. They were professional. While they were onsite I could hear them learning from each other, laughing and observed them working together as a team. You could tell they respected each other and were all onsite for the same goal, to mitigate the water removal. I appreciated the the updates as the process took place. I highly recommend Power Dry for a thorough and professional experience.

  Arrived quickly! Everyone was professional and patient with my many questions and concerns). All individuals working to set up (*** and ****, and their team) and begin the process to dry my floors and walls, arrived and worked diligently to get everything set up very quickly. ******* performed the entire tear down and was awesome and quick to remove the equipment in a very timely manner, which was most appreciated!! Cant thank them enough for all of there help! Would highly recommend the company! Thank you!

  I was very impressed with Power Dry. When I called, I was in panic mode. The scheduler was very polite and understanding. The project manager was at my house within an hour. He assessed and photographed the damage and explained the process. He set up one drying fan and said more equipment would be set up the next day. He suggested I call my insurance company. He told me that he would work directly with my insurance company, and he contacted them as soon as I had a claim number. Later that evening a technician arrived with several more fans and removed the sections of wet flooring. Both the project manager and technician were very kind, efficient and informative.

  This company is great! We have had to use them twice... When second water issue happened - there was no question who we wanted to do the work. They came out the same day we identified the water damage. They have a text service so you always know when they are on their way, arrived, and have left. Highly recommend..
