  Power Dry was great to work with! Rod came out after hours to get the process started. He marked the area, thoroughly explained the process, and created the estimate. The next day I had a crew on site first thing in the morning. The crew was on time and worked efficiently to get everything set up. They explained everything clearly as well. Even equipment pick up was easy. One representative came out, collected everything, explained what he needed, and got out of the house quickly. I would refer Power Dry in the future.

  I found this company via the BBB website to find a water damage company and chose the first one that popped up after I read some reviews. I'm so glad I did because they have been top notch. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and available! Someone came out within about an hour of me calling and he let me shadow his every move and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. We also spoke about insurance and what next steps were. Within about 4 hours, ************** had removed baseboards, cut out carpet and flooring, moved our washer and dryer, cleaned the wood floor with an antimicrobial, removed a portion of the ceiling and set up 13 fans. Thank you!

  Our experience with Power Dry was exceptional. The service was prompt and thorough. They were transparent in their explanations and assessments of our needs. Each and every individual involved in our service was remarkably professional, kind, and respectful. We would not hesitate to use Power Dry again (although we hope not to have to! :)

  They did great! The plumber I used called them and got them out here within an hour and the supervisor and the technicians were very knowledgeable, reasonable, respectful, and tidy.

  Manager, technicians, and office staff were prompt and courteous with responses working 24/7. They are competent in dealing with water damage situations. They explained steps in process of drying basement and daily monitored equipment and drying progress. Excellent customer service. Competent and reliable company.
