    I purchased an item from Victorian Trading Company on November 28, 2022. I emailed customer service in early December to ask about when the item would ship and to request a tracking number. *****, the customer representative, emailed back and said I would receive the shipping number when the item actually shipped. She said the delay was because the recent sale had exhausted their resources. When I called the company a week or so later, I heard a recorded message that stated that, because the company had run out of stock (on everything?), they would not be taking orders until 2023. My next email, a week later, was responded to by an auto-message that stated that my inquiry would receive a response within the next 72 hours. Then, next time I tried to contact Victorian Trading Company, I found that the company's site could no longer be reached, the phone was disconnected, and the company's items usually available on **** had since disappeared. I have been a *** customer since the early 1990s, and I'm extremely disheartened that the company would just fold with no word to their loyal customers who were waiting on active orders.

    The complainant purchased $101.79 worth of products for Christmas on December 16, 2022. The complainant called Victorian Trading to cancel the  order, and was told it would be no problem and someone would be in contact within 72 hours.  A box was delivered on December 28, 2022. I wanted to return the box, so I went onto the website,and it took several attempts,but was finally able to get an associate to send me a return label to ship the box back. I failed to print it, so I reached out again, but the phone number was disconnected. Emails are not being sent and the website has been taken down.

    Date of the transaction was the 17th of December. So it's been about 1 month.
    I paid them $101.83
    They were supposed to provide me with 3 clothing items.
    Issues is: did not give me my items. There's no way to contract them through email, phone. I've tried both. Both disconnected. No way to contact the company and I waited a month.

    Did not receive items as expected around Holiday time, went to check their website and it is GONE - tried to check their presence through E-bay - all of their e-bay sales were also taken down.
    Did they go out of business without any warning? After being a customer since the late 1980s this is a very disappointing way to end the relationship

    I purchased items on 11/28/2022 and I didn't receive my order until December 24th and one of my items was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service via their website and submitted a ticket and was notified that I would be contacted shortly. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still have not heard from them. I tried logging on to their website and their website is disabled. I tried calling two different phone numbers for them and neither of them are in service. I would like a refund for my damaged item.

    I ordered Aunt Polly's Tea Kettle on 12/18/2022 from Victorian Trading Co. In Lenexa, Ks, using ****** as my payment method. It was supposed to be here by Christmas. I still do not have it. When I tried to call, their phone was not being answered. The online website is out of order. I wrote 2 emails and I received 2 form email responses saying they would respond in 72 hours, but there was no answer. Now emails are coming back that the address no longer works. Are they defunct? I do not believe they charged ****** for my order. I really wanted the tea kettle.

    First, it appears Victorian Trading Co. has gone out of business. I tried to make contact through the website (it's down) and all the telephone numbers associated with the business have been disconnected.

    I placed an order on 11/17. The order was defective. I called and got an approval from "****" who told me to send it back for a refund. On 12/5 I returned the order. It was received by an individual (that's all **** could say) on 12/9. Never received the refund, apparently because after 35+ years, they're gone.

    I ordered several items on 13 December 2022. (Order # *******, items: 90 ** *******, ** ** *******, and ** ** *** ****.) I paid via ****** a total of $62.75. All items were listed as in stock and usually shipping in 2 business days on the site and on my emailed receipt/order confirmation. There has been no further email or communication from the company. I checked my order status on the website about two weeks ago, which was unchanged, and noticed while there that it was not possible to search anything or add any items to the cart, although the site otherwise seemed normal. Then a few days ago, I tried to check the order status on the website and found it no longer exists. I have called the help number at the bottom of my order confirmation email twice; the first time it rang and went to a busy signal, and today it said the number has been disconnected. I have no products that I paid for, and no way of contacting the company for resolution.

    On 11/29/2022 I ordered 3 items with a total of $19.27. I never received the orders. I reached out to the company on 12/17/2022 through their website and I received an automated email back saying that a ticket has been created and someone would get back with me in typically less than 72 hours. No one got back with me. I go to the website to try and contact the company and the entire website is gone. I want a refund since these were Christmas items that I no longer need.

    I had placed an order on December 12, 2022 regarding Christmas gifts for my mother and until today, they still haven't arrived. I've been having difficulty trying to contact someone at this company for customer service through phone calling which I keep getting hung up on, through e-mailing them of which there is no response in two weeks. When I try to reach their internet page, it will not connect me. My order came to $59.44, order********* Although the amount is not deducted from my checking account, I'm wondering why I'm left with an order number and I can't even get an answer from anyone from this place about it. Can you help me here?
