    Purchased numerous items from website using a credit card. Given an order ID on December 16, 2022 at 10:22 am. My total was $110.53

    It seems that Victorian Trading Co is now out of business for good. No notice was given for this. On Dec 22/2022, I made an order (#*******). The last time I was able access the site the order said it was shipped out but no tracking number was given. The order amount was for $62.96. As of today I haven't received anything and have no way of finding anything. Could you please help in any way? What should I do about this? Thank you for any help or info about this. I would either like to receive the order or a refund.

    Purchases were made to this company on 11/8 and 11/9. 11/8 purchase was in the amount of $48.75 and 11/9 $54.20. these two purchases were never opened and "returned to sender" right after they were rec'd.

    I contacted their cust serv dept via email on 12/22 and they indicated a ticket was created and someone would contact me within 72 hrs.

    I am requesting a reimbursement of $102.95. I would like to have this info cleared up by 1/1/23.

    I placed an online order on Dec. 3, 2022. I received an order number and was told I would receive tracking information as soon as the order was shipped. The order number is *******. Now when I tried reaching them by phone I was told to email them. I am very concerned that they will not respond to my inquires. I would either like to receive my order, or be given a full refund. I used a $75.00 gift certificate for part of the payment. This is most disturbing since the company seems to be not available for customer service. Please contact them and find out what is the problem,

    Tell us why here...  We did receive an order for this customer on 12/3.  Our warehouse has been working diligently to get all our orders out in time for the Holiday.  This customer's order was shipped out on 12/19/22 and tracking *******************) shows on ups.com that it should be delivered by 12/23/22.

    Items were purchased on 11/4/22. I want to return 2 items (2 Cotswolds Garden
    Nightgowns ($79.90) & Old Maid Card Game $9.95).

    I talked to Victorian Trading Co on 11/14, 11/16, 11/17 & I rec'd an email on 11/19 requesting why I wanted to return the items.

    All I am in need of is a label to return these items.

    The items were addressed to me ******** ******) and delivered. However, the paperwork inside the box indicated the purchaser is ***** ***** *** * ****** *** ***** **** ** ****** ** ** *** *** ****. The cust no on the paperwork is *************. This is an error by Victorian Trading.

    ****Also, pls have my information REMOVED from their catalog distribution.

    I purchased a dress and a ring from them through ebay. The ring was nice, but the dress was not the same color shown in the photos. I asked for a return and they provided a label. I sent it back. The tracking shows that it was out for delivery on Sept 6, but never scanned at their door. So it was either delivered and they stole it, or it is lost in transit. Either way, they provided the return label so they are responsible. They stated that they do not want to pay me. US code, title 46, provides that they are responsible for the shipment since they paid for the label. Tracking number is **********************

    Tell us why here...  Customer made a purchase on our store thru ****.  **** ( like most businesses) have procedures when pertaining to returns, exchanges and refunds.  Customer purchased a a dress and a ring and Opened a return for the DRESS only saying they did not like it.  As of the date of this complaint, the return had not been received.    **** closed the return and the buyer did a Charge back.  The charge back included the ring but they never opened a return for that item and did not have any intentions of returning it.

    Our hands our tied at this point until the dispute is closed or handled with ******.  The Buyer was aware of the rules and procedure and since the transaction is is thru **** and ******  that they are handling the dispute/chargeback.  As of today, we have not received the return back to us and the tracking number that was provided from Buyer does not work.

    I am rejecting this response because:I used the company's shipping label for the return so they are responsible if it is lost in the mail.  The fact that they chose not to pay for insurance is their problem.  Further, I did not initiate the dispute through ******, I initiated it through the credit card company.  The credit card has issued a temporary credit but the vendor can accept that chargeback and close this matter out.  Instead they are fighting with the credit card company.  Last point, I did not ask for the credit card company to also charge back the ring.  Their system made an error, and once the vendor pointed that out, I called them up and had them correct it, so only the value of the dress is under dispute.  I am asking that the vendor accept the chargeback by telling the credit card company that they agree to the refund, doing so will close the matter out without me having to take this further.  If they don't, the chargeback will take longer to settle and I will continue to find new places to leave negative reviews about them until that happens, so it is to both of our advantages that they do the right thing and refund the money.
