    Spent a couple hours placing a large order VICTORIAN Trading company on December 17.Sent an email today inquiring about the order. Was responded to by **************** "Unfortunately, we will be unable to ship your order. You have not been charged. Thank you."No explanation on why or anything, however have seen this Dear Customers,We have reached the limit of orders we are able to fulfill this year. We are no longer taking orders on our website or over the phone. If you need any help, please email .com. We are working diligently to fulfill the orders already placed.I think this is unacceptable customer service. They should have stopped advertising for orders (I got an email about their BIG sale) and sent out something about no orders after Christmas. And to just respond to inquiries by saying "yea sorry your not getting your order" after two weeks is unacceptable They lost me as a customer

    Missing Christmas Presents! - It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it still shows as "In Warehouse". What are the chances my stuff will arrive before Christmas? I've emailed customer service twice with no response, and they are not answering their phone. If you call, you get a message that says they can't take any more order then it just disconnects. Never buying from them again.

    Was supposed to receive order three weeks ago. Refuse to reply to multiple emails asking where my order is. Last order they billed my card more than the order total. Definitely done with this company

    I placed an order with them on 11/5/22. To date I have not received my merchandise. The only Thing Ive received is email that my order was placed and told I would receive tracking information once shipped. When I go on their website and put in order number its saying order number not found. This was a gift for a dear friend and I am really up. If anyone is suing this company I will be joining. I order from them for years. This is so wrong!

    Do not buy from them! They are no longer honoring returns or refunds. They have not updated their website. It still says even today that they have a guarantee of satisfaction for refund or exchange but tiny print elsewhere also says ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So Im stuck with their junk? I dont think so. They will lose lots of customers and if anyone is suing them I want to join the lawsuit to get my items returned and money refunded. Im contacting my credit card to dispute and cancel the transaction payment.

    We are a supplier for Victorian Trading Company. We have supplied products to their customers for which we have not been paid. They are collecting monies and not pay suppliers.We have made multiple attempts vis phone and email to collect monies that are due to us in the amount of $3485.13.
