    I loved this company! I have spent plenty of money with them for many many years. 25 or so. I'm sad that it looks like they closed without notice. Website is down, ******** profile is gone too. ??

    My final order never arrived, although my account was debited, and now the website has been deactivated. It's a shame, I was a loyal and satisfied customer for years. Now I'm out $85 with nothing to show for it.

    Pretty sure they went out of business considering their phone is disconnected and the website is gone. Didn't bother emailing their customers letting them know. Extremely immature and disgusting business practice. Been a loyal customer for years and IF they resurrect this place, they'll be lucky if they ever get another order.

    I wish I could give zero stars! I placed an order the first week of Christmas and I still have not received anything from my order! Now the website is down, so I can't even check the status. What kind of company is this? This was my first order with Victorian Trading **** and my last! I will deter everyone I know from purchasing from them. I am astonished with the poor running of this company!

    Same as below. I placed an order in the middle of December that up until a few days ago said "waiting to be picked". I was assured it would arrive by Christmas. Still have never seen or heard anything about it. I left several emails and was auto-responded that I would be contacted shortly. I still have never heard anything from anyone. It appears that at least some people have gotten an email response...I have received nothing. I used to love their quirky items, especially for my sisters. I will never buy from them again. When I tried to track them down online, I found a response that said "Permanently Closed". Is that true?

    Sent an order over 2 weeks ago, and received an initial order confirmation from them, with a warning that the order may take longer to ship at this time. Checked my account info online, it says the order is not "picked" or packed yet. Tried to log into their website, and the connection is refused. Their ******** page taken down also. It looks like there is some problem going on, like maybe going out of business? I wouldn't try to send an order to them. Too many bad reports since at least January of last year. There is some funny business going on.

    I have been purchasing merchandise from this company for several years, and always had a very good experience with it. Everything that I purchased over the years has always been of high quality and very well packaged and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate having Victorian Trading Company as a retailer to purchase personal items and gifts for others. There is no other store like it,

    This is a great company. I have bought from them for several years. It does appear that they might be going out of business. In that case I will truly miss this wonderful company. They have quality products and great customer service. ?????????? They get 5 hearts! I love them!!!

    The item I purchased for a Christmas present arrived broken. They are not answering the phone or returning e-mails. They now posted all sales final as of October. When I ordered it in November they did not have posted all sales final. They recently put that on their website. Now I am stuck with a pricey broken item!

    Terrible! I have been a customer for years and now find their items overpriced and poor quality. My order from November sat for weeks. I was even given a fake tracking number, yet it had not shipped! They wont answer the phone and all emails are ignored. My items are damaged and they wont respond. Dont buy from them on **** either. I had a defective item, and after I complained about it, they banned me from buying from them again on ****! Very disappointed with them.
