To say that Miranda at The Medicare Coach was amazing would be an understatement. She helped me navigate through a lot of the complexities of Medicare to come up with the best plan for me. Questions were answered very promptly and professionally and she never rushed me for a decision especially when it can to the Supplemental plan. I HIGHLY recommend The Medicare Coach to anyone looking for help as they venture into Retirement. The Medicare Coach will make sure the choices you make are the best ones for you and your future. I am so glad I came across Emily and her team on Facebook. They made a very confusing task seamlessly very easy with all their checklists and reminders.

Working in the healthcare field, I am familiar with the difficulty many feel with insurance systems. Medicare is very complex and confusing. I enrolled with the Medicare Coach (specifically Emily) two years ago after being told many conflicting things from several companies. Everything that The Medicare Coach team promised they'd do to help me navigate the world of Medicare they did. After analyzing what my needs were, my Medicare Coach coach, Calvin educated me on what my best options were specific to my needs and the different Medicare Parts, as well aa connected me to another insurance agent (who was also great) to help me get signed for the coverage I needed. I know I would not have been able to get all my medical coverage arranged flawlessly, from when my work coverage ended (due to retirement) to when my Medicare coverage started, with out this team!!! When I invested in The Medicare Coach, I was in the planning stage of retirement. I was working in the healthcare field specialty in the field of gerontology. As an administrative RN for approximately 40+ years I witnessed the frustrations of families & patients due to the complexity obtaining a suitable healthcare provider. Lack of understanding or legal languages used created negative outcomes. I intentionally made a decision to avoid the pitfalls and came across Emily from The Medicare Coach. I attended her free workshop, and I knew this was right for me. The coach assigned was professional and patient. I connected frequently with same questions, and she never expressed annoyance. That was so comforting. I provided the information, and they did all the foot work. I must say I was delighted and was worth the monetary investment. I love that they keep me abreast of what's ahead and receive invite to attend workshops regarding changes. I sincerely thank Emily and her team.The Medicare Coach

They are friendly, helpful, resonsive and very through. I could not be happier with the services I have received by The Medicare Coach! I signed on with them five years ago when I became eligible for Medicare. They not only helped me sign up for the best Medicare plan for me but also the best Supplemental plan for me. Every year since, they have helped me choose the most cost efficient Drug plan for me. I cannot calculate the thousands of dollars they have saved me over the years.
Needless to say, their fee is certainly worth it. I intend to utilize their service for the rest of my life.The Medicare Coach

Last year they chose a part D plan that cost me much more than the medical plan I had the year before. My Co-Pays wer thousands of dollars more. Now I called for my review and I was told they emailed me (which I never received) and they told me I missed the date for them to review me. I am heart broken. I thought I had till December 7th. I feel abandoned after spending a lot of money to get their help. Please beware.The Medicare Coach

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn’t assist with your review this year as our enrollment opened in August and was full by mid-November when you reached out. The initial services you signed up for were fully fulfilled, and the annual Medicare review was an optional extra service. Additionally, we also strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment. I was new to Medicare, which can be very confusing, and Medicare Coach helped me make sense of it all so I could sign up for the best plan for me. The occasional podcasts are very informing and the staff will return emails as quickly as they can.The Medicare Coach
