After months of much confusion, as I neared my 65th birthday, I reached out to Medicare Coach. I knew that I was only a few weeks away, but if they were unable to offer me the service that was advertised, they should not have taken my fee of a thousand dollars. I received one phone call and one comprehensive email that was not even based on my current needs. I was told that because of the time crunch, they did not have time for an intake call before presenting me with the plans they thought best for me. I requested additional info, which I received in bits and pieces, without a follow up phone call. I was left floundering and ending up spending many hours calling all plans myself and choosing something without any assistance from my coach. Not even a follow up call to see how it was going or if I’d made a decision.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed in their service, and would not recommend.

As a new comer to the Medicare system it can be a bit confusing. With the assistance of The Medicare Coach it has been an easy transition from private insurance to Medicare and it's options. 5 starsI was hesitant at first to spend the money to see about changing pharmacy plans this year but in looking at Medicare changes over the last year with ever higher costs I signed up. 5 starsThis is my 5th year with Medicare Coach. I used them when I started with Medicare, and I've used them every year for my Part D review.
I highly recommend them, especially with all the Medicare commercials out there today. You'll get accurate information from them so you can make the best decision for yourself. I'm a retired HR Director with a strong background in benefits so I thought navigating through Medicare would be easy. Wrong.
They are not trying to sell you anything. The cost of their consultation is well worth it to get accurate, unbiased information.
Having proper Medicare information and coverage is one of the most important decisions we have to make at this time of our lives. Don't get your information from a commercial designed to sell you something.Review fromPerry A
