5 starsMedicare Coach delivered on everything they promised. They did the research, presented my options to me, made recommendations, and enrolled me in my chosen plans. The savings of time and money, and peace of mind were well worth the fee. I was equally satisfied with their review of my Part D options for 2024. Pluses: Good organization to be able to ask questions about and get info concerning Medicare. I’ve used them for the past 3 years. The reports they provide summarize info I can get myself from the Medicare website. Medicare is very confusing and many of the rules and their consequence is neither obvious nor intuitive. Very helpful to have a real person to go over things with you.
Areas for improvement: Their price point is a little high for the annual Part D review ($175). As I said, the general info they give you is available from the Medicare website.
This year, there was an obvious discrepancy between reality and what was on the Medicare website. The Medicare website listed the annual price for a drug at over $11,000, when the Govt has set the price at $415/yr. That obviously impacted what my real costs would be to renew and use my current plan. In that case, what would be helpful would be a report that showed some options that could dramatically reduce my annual cost if I switched medication, for example, to a different drug (lower tier, generic, etc.) I know they can’t make medical recommendations. But having giving me info to discuss with my doctor would be helpful.
But in any case, having a real person that I trust to go over my concerns and questions with is very helpful. That’s why I use them and will continue to do so.Review fromChristine C

I highly recommend the services that The Medicare Coach provide and they are work the cost. I count on the reliable and knowledgeable team at The Medicare Coach to steer me in the plans that are best for me during the annual prescription plan review. The choosing of Medicare plans is overwhelming with all the information out there. I also am very appreciative of the guidance given when choosing Medicare plan & supplemental based on my needs.
