      My appointment was at 10:00. My car was serviced in a timely manner. Luckily no issues were found, but questions answered completely and not in a “hurried” way.

      We have warranty for flat tires. We get 2 flat with nails and 2 holes and instead to get the new one they say to the dealer get the tire patch. That ia not good

      I was leaving town for a 2000 trip. So I took my car in for an oil change because the car was at 1 6% life of the oil. MPP would not change the oil. I explained that I did not want to change the oil at some place that I had never been before. No luck. The car was close to needing an oil changed anyway.

      Puncture in front tire of leased Honda Pilot was not repairable. Asked service advisor at Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, TX if tire was covered by warranty. Pleasantly surprised to find it was. Repaired for $0 and little paperwork.
