      I went in to pick up my tag and license plate and had no issues. I also had a nail in my tire and they took care of it right away. Frank had great customer service!

      Took in my car and they kept it for 3 days and apparently fixed the problem and charged $177.72 for whatever part they fixed and it DID NOT fix my issue.

      I had a tire issue I repaired not remembering I had this cover. Once it was brought to my attention I contacted MPP explained what happened. They had me email them the information and are cutting me a check. They did make it clear I have to call for approval first next time. Ms. Chapman was very helpful and polite.

      I got a nail in my tire and Del Ray Acura in FL fortunately included tire replacement on my lease Acura MDX. So thankful they did this. One tire cost $238.00.
      MPP approved the repair once they go a picture of the nail in the tire. It couldn’t be patched or plugged because of the location of the nail on the side of the tire.

      Purchased a Premium service package from my dealership for a lease, 18 months into a 36 month lease AC went out and I was told by the dealership that the premium service plan I had would not cover the repair. Stating that I was at fault, ran over something that punctured the compressor, dealership placed all the blame on my service plan.
