    I ordered an item in April and still have not received it. My contacts have not been answered. It is now September and I want to cancel my order, however I am not able to get in touch with Wrenley and Brynn.

    This company is a complete fraud!! I ordered several items from them and only 2 arrived. I have continued to reach out to them with no response. I am disputing with my credit card company but they have stated that this business delivered the items which they did not!!

    ZERO STARS This company is terrible! Do not purchase from them. It has been 3 mos and never received outfit. They message back stating understaffed and supply and demand issues which is garbage. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    I ordered two dresses from this company never received them never could get my money back. I don’t think they’re legit. I contacted my credit card company trying to dispute. The charge. Still have not got a refund. I have sent this company. Multiple emails made phone calls to them and no one ever responds back. Do not purchase from this company unless you want to lose money

    Don’t purchase from this company! As others have mentioned, it’s been 2 months and still haven’t received order. I’ve gotten the same auto reply about experiencing high volume of emails. Have sent multiple emails and requested refund, nothing!

    I ordered two items. One was delivered but very different from the pictured item. They would not allow me to return this item due to the fact that I had used a coupon code for it. The other item was never delivered. Company has been unresponsive to multiple attempts at contacting them, letting them know the product never showed up, and requesting a refund.

    Do not order anything from this company. I ordered $70 worth of clothing and never received a single piece of it. These people are scam artists.

    Zero stars. Ordered an item and when I followed up about order status and was told that because some items come from overseas it can take longer than usual. was first told 6 weeks, then told 8 weeks. Original order May 12 and still don’t have product and they have stopped responding.
