  I wish I could do 0 stars. The quality of the product is absolute trash. No tags to show size or brand. The proportions are all wrong. They say it runs small, but I’m 7 months pregnant 150 pounds and ordered a small, and it is like a tent on me. They advertise a 100% moneyback guarantee during the checkout process, but then void that if you use a discount code that pops up during checkout. They don’t warn you the code will void the return policy on the receipt or during the checkout process, and when I asked to do a return for a refund under their 100% money back guarantee, they refused and referred me to some obscure section of their website about discount codes voiding any return policy. No T&Cs listed or referenced in the checkout process. They lied to my bank during my dispute and said I didn’t contact them about a return, when I had email correspondence proof. They market as if they are a small US boutique, but the products are terrible quality shipped straight from China.

  I ordered 2 dresses from this online store, totaling $72. After a month, I emailed the company asking for tracking information and received an automated reply without any tracking information. Two months later, I still received nothing and they would not reply to my emails. When I commented on their Facebook page, they would delete them and not reply. I submitted a fraud alert to my credit card company, but when they called Wrenley & Brynn, W&B told them it was delivered according to their tracking information. So, my credit card company charged me for the $72 anyway. Please note that this company's listed address is a vacant lot.

  Don’t use a promo code! Then you can’t return the items. The sale is final. I’m stuck with two dresses that don’t fit.

  Zero stars. Ordered a couple items and three weeks later I followed up about order status and was told that because some items come from overseas it can take longer than usual. Original order 3/25 and ai still don’t have product and they’re no longer responding.

  I agree with previous reviews. I have yet to receive my order after about a month. They responded once to my multiple emails stating that they’d be happy to cancel my order as it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to: “ We've been experiencing some supply chain issues in addition to being understaffed, which is why your order is taking longer than usual to be delivered.”
  
  I needed my order for some events so had to order alternatives.
  
  While they offered to cancel it for me they never responded to my request to take them up on their offer and also had stated in the original email that they may not be able to cancel since they order from an international courier. So now that they’ve stalled in responding they’ll probably come back and say they can’t cancel. There’s no way to call them to resolve the issue either.
  
  This company’s customer service is lacking to say the least. They’ve advertised a great product and fail to deliver it.

  The clothing is made of cheap polyester, looks nothing like picture. It smelled like a toxic waste dump to where I was afraid to even try it on. When I saw it was shipping from CHINA i figured as much. Contacted them via email no response until my 30 days to return was up. SCAM. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

  Scam. Zero stars. I ordered three pieces, only one was delivered. When I inquired, I received a message that read like it was written by ChatGPT. I don't think this company is legit. I'm usually more cautious, but the overall dollar amount I spent was small so I thought I would chance it. Never again!

  Ordered something about 6 weeks ago, and I haven’t received my order or a shipping notification. They blocked me on facebook when I commented on their post that I hadn’t received my order, because they claim the orders ship out within a week-week and a half. Stay away!!

  They don’t even deserve the one star!! I ordered two dresses and they sent me the wrong sizes. I repeatedly emailed customer service & received a standard Sorry we’re not available replies back to me’& when they did reply, they told me I couldn’t receive a refund or return my product because I had a discount code. I informed them that I didn’t want a return. I wanted the product I purchased I went on their Facebook page and asked them if they can give me some help and they blocked me from their Facebook page. I sent a review on their actual website in regards to receiving the wrong sizes of the dresses I ordered and they removed my reviews. Do not order from this company! Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money purchasing someplace reputable.
