    0 stars for me too! ordered a jumpsuit in earl april and it didn't even show up until end of the month. I tried it on and it was horrible, so i immediately contacted them about returning it. On their email they provide a link to fill out a form to return it as long as it is withing 30 days. Mine was within 2 days, but no response. It is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

    Scam website. After further research their company address and phone number are bogus. I ordered a dress on 3/18. It shipped on 3/28 from China. Per the tracking number the shipment was cancelled and item was returned to sender. I’ve sent multiple emails for assistance and receive the same generic auto reply each time. I left a comment on Facebook and am now blocked from their page.

    I placed an order on 4/17/24 and still have not received it. I reached out to the company on Facebook and they blocked me. I have emailed the company twice and get no response. Do not buy.

    Zero stars! This is a complete scam. They claim it’s a boutique in Kansas but it’s very poor quality clothing from China. They claim I used a discount code so am not eligible for a return, even though they did not send the items I ordered and what they did send was incredibly poor quality. They refuse to respond to emails.

    This company indicates they are a US based company, however everything is shipped from China.

    Quality is so poor, misshapen due to poor craftsmanship.

    If you comment on their facebook page they delete your comments and block you.

    Do your homework and search this company- you will find horrible experiences.

    Do not buy from this business.

    I ordered several dresses. Some of the tracking emails were not accurate to what was in the package, and after 30 days I still have not received all products. Customer service has stopped answering my emails about if I can even return them once I get them because the policy is 30 days after ordering. The sizes are all over the place and the material quality varies wildly. The clothes are shipped from China and every step of the process is sloppy and questionable. Not worth the time there are plenty of actual legitimate and reliable companies to buy from.

    Zero Stars!!! Do not buy from this website! They open, close, and re-open over and over again! They are a scam website. Adorable dresses on the website but they are shipped from China and look NOTHING like the pictures when they arrive. Exactly the same as Oaklie & Bex 3 years ago and Sugar Rose Boutique 2 years ago. They will not let you return or cancel orders.

    If i could give a 0 star I would. This company tells their customers they are a US based company, however everything is shipping from China. If you comment on their facebook page they delete your comments and block you. The quality is absolutely awful, the dress was nylon and it came with runs in it. They offer discount codes but neglect to tell you it voids any return if the code is used even if their merchandise is defective. Nowhere in their return policy does it indicate that if you use a coupon code it's ineligible for a return, I've seen plenty of posts on Facebook stating they did the same thing to many others. Do not buy from this business.
