Don’t pay up front! I was told I had to pay before plan details were sent and I had to decide now or I wouldn’t be eligible. I was assured I could easily cancel later. After not getting plan details and reading reviews I chose to cancel. I called the 800# they asked why, I told them and they didn’t cancel the plan. Instead, they transferred me to someone else who started the same line of questioning all over again. She wouldn’t listen or cancel my plan instead telling me stories of you can’t drive off the car lot without paying for the car… unfortunately, I had to ask to cancel over 15 times only to be told I was cutting them off. So They hung up on me without cancelling the plan. I called back and they said someone would call me back and I am still not cancelled. Sign up if this is for you!

After speaking to a representative, she assured me of getting help. 5 hours later, their technician came to my home to assess the situation. 5 starsThey've gained my trust after my encounter with them. I called them when my refrigerator stopped cooling and they responded the same day. They sent a technician over to examine and fix the issue. The tech determined the compressor had gone bad and a few days later the compressor was replaced and my refrigerator is working again. 5 starsI called when my furnace went out, and they had a competent technician out the next morning. He fixed it by replacing the control board. He gave a few tips to help me with preventive maintenance. I'm impressed with the quick support and resolution.
