2 starsThe technician was professional and courteous. Too bad the company business model is to have him try to upsell additional costs to the consumers. This the second time that LBA tried to upsell additional services at Ridiculously high prices. Clean a blower fan at $1100 is unacceptable.Review fromRichard W

The previous homeowner used LBA services for many years, so being new to the area I thought I would continue with them. I can see why they had such loyalty from the couple who lived here before.
Corbin M******* was the technician who inspected my furnace for winter use today. Corbin arrived in the scheduled time frame, calling ahead of time so I knew he was coming. He was courteous and efficient. He answered my questions as the new owner of this home.
