In response to the referenced complaint above,
Berlin Wheeler Inc is contracted with *** **************. On November 30, 2023, ***
************** placed a delinquent account balance of $916.80 due by ******** *****.
The delinquent account balance pertains to unpaid internet, unpaid television and unpaid phone
services totaling $473.44, unreturned equipment charges of $325.00, as well as a collection fee
of $118.36. Services were rendered at *** * ***** *** ****** ***** ** ***** between June 6,
2020 and September 18, 2020.
If ******** ***** is able to obtain the *** ************** equipment, it can be returned at no
additional cost to a *** ************** store location or UPS store, which will reduce the
delinquent account balance by $325.00 when returned.
Additionally, Berlin Wheeler has no record of communication from ******** ***** requesting
a certain document. Therefore, we are unable to validate the complaint pertaining to ********
***** not receiving a requested document. If more details can be provided by ******** *****,
our office can further investigate this complaint.
I have included all of the *** ************** billing detail for ******** *****’s review. If

Currently, Berlin is the company that shows I owe debt to. Not only do they not have the correct information, but there is no written contract between Berlin and I, ******** D *****.Again, I am not liable for this debt with *** *************, I do not have a contract with BERLIN WHEELER INC.
I demand that this be removed from my credit report.

2021 through February 21, 2022.
If **** ************ is able to obtain the *** *************s equipment, it can be returned at

In response to the referenced complaint above,
Berlin Wheeler is contracted with *** Communications. On November 24, 2023, ***
Communications placed a delinquent account balance of $612.53 due by ****** ****, born on
November ** *****
The delinquent account pertains to unpaid internet services, television services and homelife
services totaling $412.53. As well as unreturned equipment charges totaling $200.00. Services
were rendered at **** ******* Ave Apt ****, Gretna LA 70056.
Per the complaint of ****** **** not receiving a specific requested document, On February 13,
2024, Berlin Wheeler received a certified letter from ****** **** stating this is not their account
and stated fraud. Berlin Wheeler’s office sent out the requested forms for ****** **** to the
address provided as **** * ****** **** Dr, Gretna LA 70056. As of now, no return mail has
been received.
Additionally, I have included all the *** Communication billing detail for ****** ****’s
review.
