    This account should have never been sent to collections in the first place. ***** ****** *** ************** *** **** **** *** ********* ******* ******** ** ********** ******* ********** ** ******* ******* ****** *** ******** This is the only account negatively effecting my credit and was from when I was ** years old and didn't know any better. I resolved the payment through *** ************** without dealing with the debt collector once I was made aware of an outstanding conctract cancellation fee that I was never contacted about. The debt collector has never answered my emails and doesnt have a phone number to call about the negative reporting to my credit. This has effected my life negatively for several years and they have been no help in resolving the issues. I have a *** credit score and would easily have a higher one allowing me cheaper loan rates and credit rates but this one account is the only thing holding thwt back costing me money and paid they could never repay.

    The issue is that *** never attpempted to contact me before sending to collection. ******* ******* was an ex-spouse address and I no longer resided there. She was also responsible for delivering the used equiptment back to *** **************. *** never attempted to call me about the owed money before sending to collection.

    I have a collection on my credit report that I have no knowledge about and its not mine. I have never received a bill from anyone in the amount of $******* nor have I ever received any letters from any collectors. This is not my bill.

    I called *** ************** and they agreed that someone in ****** had opened a account in my name and its not mine. I live in ******** ** and we don't even have that service in our area.  I have never been to ****** nor do i know anyone there.  I need this to be corrected and taken off my credit report.

    The investigator from *** ************** has opened up the case and sent me the information that I'm forwarding to you.

    I sent him information showing I have never lived in ****** nor have I ever been there nor do I know anyone there.

    I do not know who this company is collecting for but they called my place of employment and left a message. That can get me fired. I cannot have any personal calls at work and I never provide my work number. I am worried they have talked to people I work with to get my direct line. I cannot lose my job. This is herrasment and can cause me serious financial and emotional damage.

    Keep getting collections calls from this company. When I tell them it’s fraudulent they don’t seem to care. Just tell me to call *** ***** who in return yelled me call BW. Then BW just tries to get me to pay it off since it will be “easier”. This company does not take fraud seriously and will try to shake you down over $*** and get you to pay it instead of doing their due diligence in investigating fraud complaints.

    Please will like to file this complain as this company reported $*** for *** ******** ****** *** a company, i have never used. Incident dates back to 2020 in ********, associated with an address i have never lived in. Many dispute have been attempted indicating this is a case of fraud and yet they won't take it off my credit report. All three credit beaurau have attempted to reach out to get this resolved to no avail. Attached is a file police report, also included is a key number ************ filed with *** and no reponse or ability to access. Please will love this taken off my credit report

    This company has placed a collection in my name due to a bill that was changed by the company ***. They changed my bill's pricing without my knowledge which broke their price guarantee contract and once I tried to contact their customer service they would not give me management or the proper help.
