    Ordered 2 of the 22gallon reptile cages and both came missing parts and one has damages track and support pole. They refused a return lable because it was open? They sell cheap defective items and have a policy they don't take returns once open so its a trap basically you will have no way of getting your money back. Avoid this place.

    Absolutely fabulous company! I have been a customer for over a year with a subscription to receive bugs monthly. This month, I had my first ever experience of Dead on Arrival. I emailed the company and received a response within minutes followed by a notice of replacement shipment the very next day. I cannot recommend them enough!

    This company is the hardest to get a hold of. I ordered 2 120 gallon enclosures and only can setup one due to one of the corner pieces came fractured and cannot install. I was told they would ship out the replacement part to me and would have tracking but here we are with no answer and no tracking. I messaged this company at 11:53 EST and got a response at 3:32 EST and here we are at 7:41 and still nothing.

    I've purchased various insects from this site many times, and the bugs always arrived in good condition. My last purchase arrived late due to shipping delays, and my beardie had passed from anemia, and they gave me a refund within 24 hours of requesting one. Would highly recommend!

    Absolutely fantastic company. I have ordered from Dubiaroaches.com about 6 times now and we have never had an issue! Products are packaged well and when ordering feeder inspects they always send more than your order total to account for any insects that die during transit (it happens, it's inevitable).

    Placed a order on July 2nd payed in full. Never received a tracking #. Tried to contact via phone just went to voicemail. Reached out threw their messenger on their business page and kept getting different answers and excuses to why the enclosure I ordered never ship. One of the last messages I received was a lie said it was lost in transit but it wasn't never sent nor a shipping number provided. Then the customer service rep said they was out of stock. I find more to be the truth. Was asked if they wanted them to reship the enclosure or issue a deposit. I received a email that a deposit was refunded but now have to wait another 3 -5 business days to see if it actually did. I felt very disappointed as I had high hopes this business would do right by me. Ordered canceled will update once the refund hits my bank. Canceled order Wednesday July 27, 2022
