    Wonderful business! My critters always get to me on time and if there's any issues with shipping or weather or if my bugs show up DOA they are quick to replace. Best bugs company EVER!

    Free giveaways, free stickers with every order, lets you know who packaged your orders, and is a very kind staff and owner. They care about their customers and give refunds for DOA and if there was a mistake! Great company I love buying my feeder insects and other reptiles goods from Dubia.com!!!

    I've been ordering from them for over a year now. All my bugs have always arrived in good condition. Sometimes they even throw in extras! I also bought a 4x2x2 enclosure from them which came well pack and with the help of a video, went together very easily. They are the only place I buy bugs and supplies from for my bearded dragon. They also email you updates on your shipment so I know exactly when they are delivered to my mailbox so I can retrieve them immediately. Anytime I have contacted customer service, I get an immediate response.

    The suggestion made by the BBB is the exact opposite experience I've encountered in the 4 years I've ordered from Dubia.com. It almost seems like BBB intentionally slanders a business if they decide to quit paying. I personally own a car business, but never officially enrolled with the BBB because of hearing how they practically drag a business down once you join and pay them for their rating. Although without paying, they still give me business a rating of A+. A used car business where I have hundreds of complaints but as long as I respond to the inquiries on BBB they keep the rating an A+. Now comparing the ordering of bugs and customer service I have experienced for years through Dubia.com to the experience my customers get purchasing used cars "AS IS" but act like they are entitled to a bumper to bumper warranty until the car's paid off although they signed an "AS IS" contract, I really feel like Dubia had a defamation case against the BBB. Funny how a rating drops 3 grades after the monthly subscription fee stops getting paid. Does nothing but affirm the next time a BBB representative calls asking us to enroll in their program, to tell him to kiss where the sun dont shine.

    They have been amazing. I bought a 4x2x2 tank from them that had everything I needed to put together. It's been sturdy and a wonderful home for my Bearded Dragon. I have also been ordering feeder insects from them for over a year and have never had a problem. They are really active in reptile community groups.

    Amazing Company! Everything comes in on time, and alive! Never had missing parts. The one and only time that I've encountered a problem was when my order was lost. They amazingly replaced it for no additional cost. Thier customer support is fabulous, and speedy. All and all, this company is great for your reptile needs.
